My son ordered a jacket from this company and after about 6 weeks we got an email from ups saying they had delivered it but we never got it. We have never had a pkg stolen from our home so I alerted the company that the pkgd ups said was delivered we never got it. I have already paid for the jacket so I ask the company to honor that and either send a replacement r possibly a refund. The company emailed me that after it leaves their company they r no longer responsible for the merchandise. They would not work with me at all just n other words we r just out 100 dollars and they couldn't help me. I have never had a company unwilling to at least work with a consumer to insure repeated business but I will never order r shop with them again. They r willing to take our money but absolutely NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!

Look, it's a pretty stylish jacket, for pretty cheap. We haven't given the new jacket much use, but are happy. I ordered the wrong size and the company worked to help me get the right one with little fuss. Some of the zippers on the motorcycle jacket are actually fake. This is a good looking jacket, and that's what I wanted, Good Looking. But functional? Not really. Inquire as to which pockets and zippers are real. Are those snaps and buttons just for show? Or do they actually fasten? Other than that? Great customer service, Great pricing, and cheap enough shipping to get expedited with insurance. Enjoy!

Ordered jacket fell apart after a few weeks was told to get a tailor to fix it by customer service. poor quality and a refusal to stay by product do not recommend.

I'd and will give 5 stars when all the exact measurements for each clothes are correct.
Nevertheless the price/quality is very impressive, and would definately order again from this vendor.

So I ordered a jacket for 100 bucks +/-. After that I went on this site and read all these negative comments. I was like " well, I just lost 100 bucks for a trash jacket". The jacket came and I could not believe my eyes. I mean its not real leather, but the quality is good. The size (L) seems ok. Its sewed very well. You might think now that Iam one of the "paid comments" so here is a tip >> If you are not 100% sure what u can get, DO NOT BUY FROM THE INTERNET!! I would not buy from this site ever again cause I would be sacred that they might send me some kind of bad stuff (like many people described in these reviews). But after all I told myself the 100 bucks were worth it. PS: If I could, I would post photos of the jacket here.. :/

Worst company ever. I bought jacket and after this i recived a message with confirmation but it was payment made in $ not in £ as I paid, then I read all of this bad comments here and this few positive ( for sure made by this company team ). I decided to cancel my order, after few days i recive refund but it was £5 less then i paid, after contact with support i just recived information "We already processed your refund based on what the order cost is. It’s your bank who converted the amount and not us" but I made payment in £ (GBP) not dolars. This is the reason why they dont accept paypal because paypal let me open case and recive full refund not just part. Never deal with them any more !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! It is a fake website, it doesn't sell anything from the pictures. They give you cheap low quality products. They buy them from Aliexpres and they sell them 5 times more expensive. They don't accept returns, the address they send you is fictional, it doesn't actually exist. If you want to return the product, they will pretend they never received it. You won't get a single dollar back from them and you will also have to pay for the transport. It also takes them a very long time to send you the product. Everything they have are cheap products sold at premium prices. Everything they sell does not actually worth more than 30 dollars. Not to mention it is chinese. Stay away from this, the pictures are nice, but this all they have. Pictures. All the good reviews are either paid or made by them. Do not buy from here at all. I got scammed of 100 dollars I will never receive back.

Hab eine Bestellung am 03.09 aufgegeben und kurz danach die schlechten Bewertungen, u.a. hier gelesen und wollte die Bestellung am 06.09 stornieren.

Nun wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Stornierungen nur innerhalb von 12 Stunden möglich sind obwohl der Artikel erst in ein paar Tagen versendet werden soll (Europa ist aufgrund der Werbung und auch Angabe von Euro als Preis ein Zielmarkt, also zählt das normale Widerrufsrecht)

Finde ich extrem schlechten Kundenservice und es bestärkt meine Vermutung, dass die anderen Bewertungen richtig sind und ich nur billigen Plastikmüll erhalten werde, den sie nicht stornieren wollen.

Bestellte Ware bezahlt aber nie erhalten. Nach erfolgtem Emailverkehr zur Klärung der Lage erfolgte plötzlich keine Antwort mehr.

I usually give a bad review when all efforts are exhausted, so I really mean it when i say don't buy from this company.
1-The quality is so low it looks like my grandmother sewed it in her garage
2-The size is way off even tho I gave my measures to the seller and asked them for a size that would fit.
3-Do not expect a refund and be really to ship to China if you want to return or trade.
This website doesn't even have an address or phone number so read between the lines.

This market is no scam they have really amazing quality jackets and no lies... sometimes specially with the pandemic we dealing with it takes like at least a month for the item to be delivered to your house being patience is key no lies and they have amazing badass jackets.

The shipment took longer than expected, due to problems with the transport agency and the situation with the covid19. But the DenzelOutwear customer service team at all times were paying attention and communication. I have received a quality product adjusted to my needs, maybe a little expensive, but I am satisfied with the end result.

The experience was great, got a little worried about the delivery time considering I only received one email on one product when I bought 3 things separately which I never experienced. But everything came in one package at the same time which is great, The product is phenomenal, really good quality, I bought 2 jackets that fit perfectly and looks really good, and a belt that i never seen that operates like no other belt I ever had. 4/5 stars I highly reccomend to shop at Denzell Outwear.👍

Denzell Outwear has already become my favourite place for a new jacket because of their awesome customer service and beautiful products. Hoping for a good shopping experience again and again.

It fits on the smaller side. Usually a 2XL gives me some wiggle room, this does not. A little tight in the shoulders and in the mid section (belly). These two reasons makes it a little uncomfortable to wear. It has its upsides though, it a great quaity jacket. If I had known it was coming from China I probable would have passed. Just for the fact thier sizes are different from US sizes.

My jacket arrived in Ireland today and it looks awesome! I read some bad reviews after I purchased it and got worried that I may have been had but that isn't the case at all. Thanks Denzell Outwear and sorry for getting paranoid after reading some of the previous reviews. This jacket kicks ass! 🤟🏻
