For the most part, this was a very smooth purchase. I did get a separate email from the shipping company to pay for duty taxes and I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate. It would have been nice if I was notified this could happen.
Otherwise, shipping was very fast, and the dress was beautiful and as described.

Quick delivery, friendly customer service and most importantly the dress fits me like a glove!

Terrible customer service, I sent a dress back a week and a half ago. I paid for it to be sent signed for delivery arriving the next day by 1pm. No one has responded to my emails asking what it happening and if the dress has arrived, even though I have been able to track the parcel and it says delivered.
Extremely frustrating and feel very let down after my initial email response about enquiring about how to return came back to me the next morning.

My partner ordered a dress from De Noir, and unfortunately, it didn’t fit quite right—it was a bit too big. She tried it on once, carefully repacked it in the original packaging, and returned it. She made the mistake of not checking the condition of the dress before sending it back, assuming everything was in perfect order after only a brief try-on.
To our surprise, she was later told that the dress was “damaged” and that she had caused the damage. No exchange, refund, or even store credit was offered—just a flat-out refusal to assist any further. As a “gesture,” they returned the damaged dress to her, essentially accusing her of dishonesty without any evidence.
I work in customer service myself, and I know firsthand that customer satisfaction should be a priority. Losing trust and generating bad reviews over a single dress is not only shortsighted—it’s a poor reflection of brand values. My partner absolutely did not damage the item, and to be treated with such disregard is frustrating and disappointing.

We won’t be shopping with De Noir again, and we hope others think twice before doing so.

This is a scam, they refused the refund of the dress i returned inside the original package and they have now emailed me and said that dress is damage. I did not wear the dress at all so that is not possible and if it is damaged is not my fault, maybe it was damaged inside the track or in the wh and they are blaming me without any evidence at all just to avoid the refund. As i said the dress is with the label attached , inside the original package and i returned the same day i received it because it was too big and i did not see any damaged at all

Absolutely love this dress! Gorgeous quality and amazing design - the color is just perfect! It's just a tad bit long for me as a 5'3 person, but with a little hem it would be perfect! Loveeeee
