Denimio Omdömen

best place to buy jeans and denims!
well priced, great customer service, just that some items that they have in the site do not have details on them so i have to check from other sites for it. other than that, its great!

Denimio is truly one of the best denim retailers out there! Their confirmation of measurements really makes the difference!

Lowest price by far on my favorite jeans, Sugar Cane's '47, and the best customer service you'll find online.

Everyone I dealt with at Denimio was helpful and patient with all the questions I had about sizing, material and hemming. Shipping is fast and I always received what was expected…Thanks to everyone at Denimio!!

I chose to shop at Denimio for two reasons…
1: The customer service is absolutely top top notch. Excellent. They went above a beyond the call of duty to help me through an ordering issue that was actually my fault.
2: The selection of products is amazing!
I am already checking the website regularly. I’m obsessed… lol.
My jeans order was filled promptly and was shipped from Japan 🇯🇵 in very rapid fashion. My jeans are AWESOME!!
I am a big fan of this company. Arigato gozaimasu!!!

If you are looking to buy Japanese denim, Denimio has the best prices. Their shipping is fast and free (if you spend a certain amount, one pair of jeans will almost always be enough for free shipping), and their customer service is great.
I always buy from Denimio unless something is sold out or unavailable.

Received package extremely fast. Prices are the best you'll find anywhere on the web for premium Japanese denim.

Customer service was prompt and effective. Denimio will continue to be my vendor for Japanese denim into the future.

Great company with smooth 24/7 customer service at their web. Price is good as compared to others. I would highly recommend them and will always return to do business with them again.
Hands down 5/5 stars.

I’ve never been disappointed with my purchases from Denimio. Their prices are great and their customer service is excellent.

Many thanks

I have bought clothing from them for a while now. Their pricing is always excellent. They always get the item ordered shipped quickly. And I find their customer service to be excellent. You must realize there is a time difference with Japan, so be aware when you send an email about a query. I will continue to use them as they are excellent.

A denim destination for those looking for a statement piece with Japanese standard. Impressive assortment. Had some issue with fit and received prompt helpful customer services for my return & exchange.

RECOMMANDATION ET SATISFACTION MAXIMALE POUR L EQUIPE DENIMIO
Envoi ultra rapide par Fedex, articles au top et service client hyper réactif, merci beaucoup !

Really great customer service! Answered my email really fast even though it was near midnight.

They also had a wide-range of top notch denim products in their website. Definitely a must-visit store for denim enthusiast!

Excellent service! I ordered a size 40 denim jacket and decided I needed a size 42 instead. I contacted customer service and they were able to exchange sizes just before shipping ! I’m so glad I requested the size 42 and so grateful they were able to exchange before shipping! Bravo! And thank you once again Denimio! They also have great prices

very dedicated customer service and best prices! ordered online but due to my travelling, everything was smoothly delivered to my hotel in Tokyo. the measurements were accurate and the fit was perfect for all items!

I ordered some jeans from Denimio and could not be happier! They messaged me to confirm the size, I went with their suggestion and the fit is perfect. They were also hemmed which is great as I find jeans sometimes too long. Can’t wait to order my next pair. Very helpful customer service and fast delivery too.

Great prices, great customer service, Great jeans.

Will definitely be shopping again.

Jotatsu and Eddie and the team were great, not only in answering my questions but taking pictures & measurements of the item. I look forward to doing more business with Denimio in the future.

Such a great shop, have been ordered for a few years and very satisfied, very helpful customer service!

Always a great pleasure to deal business with. Reasonable price, fast delivery and very helpful customer service.
