My best place with best prices of best denim in the world.
Top job guys 😁

Great experience using the services, had an issue with payment, not only did they put aside the item I wanted but had sorted the issue, Customer service team kept me informed throughout.

Recommend using them great customer care and delivered the item using FedEx who never drop the ball.

UPDATE: Fed Ex dropped the ball additional Negative review for both parties incoming

Received my items as described and great customer service!

Even before any purchase is made, the willingness of Denimio (and the people behind it) to offer a holistic quality service to anyone curious about Japanese denim is clear. The swift, informative, and hospitable customer support Denimio provides sets it apart from other platforms offering Japanese denim. For the products carried on Denimio, curation and selection is quite unrivalled, and so is their commitment to their Price Match Guarantee. Bonus points for their quick processing of order as well. Denimio is certainly more than just a one-stop shop for Japanese denim!

I have purchased many items from Denimio, jeans, jackets and bags. They have great prices, a great reward program and they are extremely helpful if you have to contact them with an issue or change an order. Couldn't ask for more, I keep coming back for their range, prices and quality of service.

scammers! I will never do business with them again.. I bought jeans, they sent me the wrong size, I took a return, they refunded me $30 less.

Responsive customer service, attentive to my inquiries and accommodating to requests. I would definitely be shopping from Denimio again for future denim needs.

My first order with them and I had a very good experience. Customer service was very helpful with some doubts I had about sizing. Shipping was incredibly fast (ordered on a Friday shipped on Sat & here in Europe on Thursday!). All prices are lower than here (sometimes 1/2 the price). Import tax and customs are not a problem (see at checkout). I am giving 4/5 because most sizes are not in stock, and their sizing chart resulted quite inaccurate.

I had a great experience with Denimio. There are 2 things which stood out.
First - Exceptional Customer Service. Folks from Denimio team are always available and very helpful. You can reach out to them through online chat or email. In both the channels, you always get a great helpful and informative responsive. I really like that fact that even their warehouse team, went above and beyond. They reached out to me to confirm certain details before shipping. All in all a great customer experience.

Second thing I want to mention is that collection available on the Denimio site as well as very competitive prices. Especially when it comes to Japanese denim they have a huge collection and they’re the first to bring in any new launches.

I would definitely recommend Denimio to anyone and come back for more.
Thanks guys…

Simply the best. Their customer service is top notch, quick, and I mean QUICK! Their prices are fantastic, they have a large variety of incredible, quality Japanese brands, highly recommended!

Simply fabulous ! Incredible products, fantastic customer service and excellent deliveries. I can only recommend. Great work.

Denimio is great choice for buying Japanese denim with a good price and superb customer service.

Great support, fast shipping, all the info you need. Great, super quality jeans. No need for any other jean store.

I have purchased several pairs of Japanese jeans from Denimio and their service is always the best. You can also get immediate answers from their online chat and the folks are really friendly and knowledgable.

Denimio has the best collections on the Japanese selvage jeans including Studio Dartisan, Oni, Orslow, Momotaro, TCB, Tanuki, Full Count and many more. It also sells legendary military style brands like Buzz Rickson. One of the best online stores that I have shopped.

I’m frankly astonished with the customer service I received. Clear and informed communication as well as an amazing pair of jeans. I was contacted before shipping with actual measurements and ended up changing my size. Denimio will be where I look to for my next pair.

I’m using Denimio for over an year now and their customer experience is spot on!

My favourite online store. Always the good choice of a denim, sympathetic personnel, are always ready to consult and help, good delivery. I hope to remain the regular customer.

I bought a few items from Denimio so happy with my item's great quality. I am so pleased with the customer service very friendly and very efficient they always replied to my questions with patience great people I love that, still waiting for my sizes to be back in stock to order.

Customer service is second to none. Really responsive and professional. I have ordered two pairs of TCB jeans from them so far and both are fantastic quality and great value for money. Slight sizing issue with the second pair but that is in process of being sorted out thanks to their stellar customer service team. Look forward to more purchases in the future.

My first choice of clothing online store and happy to see more female picks. Quick CS response and follow up. Although I would prefer the old version of website even that was not perfect. The browsing experience has no improvement after got its upgraded and it would be better if I can choose language and currency by myself.
