Denimio Omdömen

Excellent customer service, I went back and forth with their online chat over several days and their suggestions proved to be very fruitful. Got myself a pair of 100% cotton selvedge denim that were perfectly my size. It was also a great price (the brand website had the product out of stock), and the quality of jeans were just as advertised. Very very satisfied with my purchase

Excellent service and great attitude as always.Unfortunately the stock is not renewing as it to be wanted but a willing to help is truly appreciated

I've been purchasing my clothing from this store for quite some time. Their shipments are always reliable, and their prices are consistently lower than others.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016. The quality of the goods is very guaranteed and fast delivery. Thank you for helping restore my account that was lost (respect Denimio Team). I hope the description of the product can be more detailed in Denimio Web Store.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service,really fast despatch,friendly correspondence.

I purchased a pair of jeans at size 33 and they did not fit. I purchased another pair at size 34. My request to return the 33 was declined because I removed the tags. The tags can easily be replaced and I would have been fine to pay a charge for them. They can easily get tags. They followed their policy and in doing so lost a customer by not being sensible and pragmatic.

I ordered a pair of ONI jeans just 1 day before their loyalty discount programme, and it's one of the items that enjoy a substantial loyalty discount.

Even though I'm not entitled to it, Denimio was generous in retrospectively giving me the discount via a refund.

Nick attended to me. Very happy with the service. This is how customer loyalty is cultivated and built over time.

Fast service and great jean.

I should rate Denimio with zero stars and keep everything for me but I am not that person -)
If you want to make your self acquainted with Japanese ultra qualitative cotton craftsmanship, this is the place to start building up your wardrobe stocks. If you drive JDM cars, eat sushi or travel sideways, the culture is in you, so here is were you get the threads and needles to start your journey into high-end jeans.
Denimio is a spiral of top quality items that you cannot find easily elsewhere (selling out super fast), garments that you wear and understand this is way should be done (you can't go back beware)!
Ask the very supportive team to guide you via the sizings as JPN vs INT sizing has some differences but you will be served with attention throughout the whole process.
Purchase with confidence and be served with top quality garments within few days from Japan to your door (some orders beeing delivered within 3 working days) which is superfast.
5 stars is not enough but I should keep the rest for me -)
Try and let them know how it worked out for you when you wear them first time.
Be well and choose quality over quantity- always!

Above all praise! Thank you very much for your advice on an issue that interests me. The assessment of assistance will be “highly satisfied.” Fast, clear, informative.

I bought a denim jacket of Full Count at denimio.com.
This is my first experience with Denimio.
This shop provides nice collection with good promotion.
Delivered fast and clean.
I found some stitch issue and asked customer service by chat and e-mail.
And then I got kind response and felt satisfied with it.
I'm looking forward my next purchse on the website.

It’s the second time that I bought a jeans from Denimio, the customer service is great online! All my questions were answered quickly via chat and the enquiries by email were addressed quick. I received the jeans in few days, that was quick !
Overall, great shop and Japanese jeans from Denimio.

The team at Denimio went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fitting jeans. I bought some Japan Blue jeans and a Denime sweater, then immediately began to fret I bought the incorrect size so sent about 4 follow-up emails.
They put my order on hold, asked me for the measurements of my favourite jeans, and got back to me with the exact measurements taken from two pairs in the same size. The fact they took the extra time to do this demonstrates how dedicated they are to providing the best service.
This is all in addition to the incredible prices and free shipping. I'll definitely be purchasing from these guys again.
