Very Bad Service

Very Bad Service - Do Not Buy Delta Home Lock!Highly disappointed with Delta Home Lock. Their customer care is extremely poor and they cannot even handle a single customer properly. Zero post-sales support. I strictly advise everyone NOT to purchase any products from Delta Home Lock. Waste of money!

I recently purchased the Delta X70 Pro Plus.Great product ,sophisticated n advanced features..Their after sales service is exceptional.My service advisor IMRAN guided me patiently for installation of the lock and app.

On time delivery

On time delivery. Installation as per scheduled timeline. Auto deadbolt was a must for me and this lovk has it all. Anil was of great help.

I had a disappointing experience with…

I had a disappointing experience with Delta Lock. When I purchased the lock, I was told that free installation was included. However, they never mentioned that the free installation was only for wooden door frames. I have an iron door frame, and during installation, the technician did not complete the installation properly, leaving the lock unfinished.

Afterward, I called customer support several times, but no one provided a clear or satisfactory answer. I expected better communication and service. If there are limitations on the free installation, they should clearly inform customers at the time of purchase to avoid confusion and inconvenience.

I want give only one star, but i give two because of demo, support team give me quick demo using video call. So this is good.

Home secure digital solution.

Their product is secure to use for our home.
Also the service provided by their technician was very fast and onetime.

Delta X90 Ultra AI and Delta C1 Pro Smart Lock

I purchased the Delta X90 Ultra AI and two Delta C1 Pro Smart Locks, and I'm extremely satisfied with all three. The build quality is premium, the locks are sturdy, and the installation was smooth and hassle-free.

The X90 Ultra AI stands out with its advanced features such as AI Face Recognition, Palm Vein Recognition, AI Motion Detection, Smart Home Linkage, Two-Way Voice Intercom, and a 4.5-inch HD Digital Door Viewer. It also comes with a 4200 mAh rechargeable battery and includes a user manual in the box, making setup and operation straightforward.

The Delta C1 Pro impresses with its built-in Wi-Fi, fast and accurate 3D Swiss capacitive fingerprint sensor, and instant live push notifications without requiring an additional gateway. However, unlike the X90 Ultra AI, the C1 Pro requires four AA batteries, which are not included in the box, and it does not include a user manual. Including both the batteries and a printed user manual would make the overall user experience even better.

Compared to other brands, Delta offers excellent value with nationwide installation support, premium materials, CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications, a 30-day return policy, and long-term product support, giving great confidence in the product's reliability.

Overall, these smart locks offer excellent security, premium features, and dependable after-sales support. While I would suggest including the required AA batteries and a user manual with the C1 Pro, these are minor improvements to an otherwise outstanding product lineup.

If you're looking for a high-quality smart lock with modern features and reliable performance, I highly recommend the Delta X90 Ultra AI and Delta C1 Pro Smart Locks.
