I purchased a D1 Pro lock a year ago…
I purchased a D1 Pro lock a year ago and am now facing a major issue with it. Delta Lock has informed me that they do not have spare parts available and are insisting that I buy a completely new lock, asking me to pay a “nominal” amount for what is clearly an issue on their side.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. A door lock is one of the most critical security components in a home, and I expected far better reliability and after-sales support. Instead, my concern is being handled very casually by the team, with no proper resolution or accountability.
I am lodging this complaint to highlight:
Lack of spare parts and proper service support for the D1 Pro.
Unfair expectation that I should pay for a new lock due to a product issue.
The careless and unresponsive attitude of the support team toward a serious security concern.

But Mr. A specially doesn't respond even after multiple messages/ calls. Pathetic service. Regret the purchase. Please avoid DELTA LOCKS whoever is considering them! Disappointing! I wish there was a negative rating for Delta Locks! PLEASE AVOID.

Your support system is pathetic , no one picks up the call on your support number , however calls on sales queue are responded promptly
No one owns installation and demo ..
Iam struggling to install and have some one provide a demo on the product I have purchased . I would rate delta 0 out of 10
pathetic experience - poor sales and service team.
pathetic experience and installtion is done by local carpenter who has no knowledge of the locks positioning. its been a month my locks are not working and i have shifted in my new home. they are just sales people and dont bother to respond to your calls even if you are stuck

Very bad customer service. Even the owner is not interested in solving issues. One place they are using name of Indian army and other side no one cares about customer service.

Could not get the refund after 5 months also. It's a fraud company.
I had paid for the smart lock Rs.14,990/- as a prebook on 04/09/2025 with a delivery promised on or before 24/09/2025. But unfortunately could not get the smart lock for 3 months and after several followups got one lock on 04/01/2026 which was wrong model older/outdated version but not the one paid for. Hence requested for return & refund and the same had been picked up on 08/01/2026 and very well acknowledged by them on 09/01/2026. But still following for the refund and now no-one is responding from past 2 months. Not even reciprocated my call & massages.

For clarity, here are my verified details:

Latest Support Communication: 14 January 2026
Care Team Call: 24 January 2026
Issue Summary:
• The same defect reoccurred immediately after a paid service visit.
• Despite multiple follow-ups, no permanent resolution has been provided.
• During the call on 24 January 2026, I was offered only two options:
1. Accept a lower model without refund
2. Pay extra to upgrade
I clearly stated that I expect either proper rectification or replacement with the same A1 model at no additional cost.
For transparency, I am attaching a screenshot of the care team communication as supporting evidence.
I remain open to a fair and professional
