My Quest - I Love It
Ich hatte mir meine Deeper Quest seiner Zeit ganz gezielt gekauft, da der Wunsch nach einem Futterboot schon ganz lange bestand, ich aber kein wirkliches Vertrauen in das hatte, was bisher die Konkurrenz da für teuer Geld ablieferte...
Bei der Vorstellung vom Quest war ich sofort davon überzeugt und wollte mir direkt eins kaufen. Aber diese Idee hatten am Anfang viele Angler und somit musste ich ein paar Monate auf die 2 Charge warten.
Jetzt fast 2 Jahre super zuverlässig im Einsatz gehabt, muss, soll meine Quest leider in den Heimathafen zurück.
Auslöser dafür ist der Kauf vom neuen DownScan Undervision Modul, welches bei mir eine Störung hervorgerufen hat und man es bei Deeper lieber im kompletten System prüfen möchte, soll, muss ich das Boot jetzt einsenden... was ich natürlich schon sehr gut finde, aber wenn ich was neues bekomme, was augenscheinlich nicht richtig funktioniert, dann erwarte ich als Kunde eigentlich den geringsten Aufwand um das Problem zu lösen, das ist aus meiner Sicht dann eben nicht das Boot einsenden, sondern das Modul zu testen oder Ersatz zu liefern.
Ich finde es sehr schade, das ich als Kunde in der jetzt gerade wichtigsten Zeit des Jahres (Herbst) auf mein Boot verzichten muss, soll, obwohl es so ansonsten tadellos läuft und ich eigentlich überhaupt nix daran zu meckern hätte...

Wir verstehen, warum es unnötig erscheinen kann, das komplette Quest einzusenden, wenn das Boot selbst offenbar ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Um die Ursache jedoch zuverlässig feststellen zu können, muss unser technisches Team das gesamte System prüfen, da das Problem nicht zwingend ausschließlich mit dem DownScan-Modul zusammenhängen muss.
Es tut uns ebenfalls leid, wenn dies in der bisherigen Kommunikation nicht klar genug erklärt wurde. Entscheidungen im Zusammenhang mit Garantiefällen werden von unserem spezialisierten Support-Team getroffen, da dort alle technischen Falldetails berücksichtigt werden können.
Wir sind zuversichtlich, dass wir hierfür eine Lösung finden werden, und bedauern sehr, dass Ihre bisherige Erfahrung mit unserem Support enttäuschend war. Wir werden uns darum kümmern, dass Ihr Fall ordnungsgemäß weiterbearbeitet wird.

I have the boat deeper quest, I had some issues (can happen) with the controller and the guys from support were awsome ( Simona and Rokas) they have managed so good all the process for the replacement and all, and I wish to thank them for all the help thwy gave!

Nel deeper c'era acqua
Nel mio deeper era pieno di acqua dentro Mi hanno detto che sarebbe stato riparato in garanzia ma poi mi hanno detto che non mi potevano fare la garanzia perché era rovinato all'esterno ma sono graffi dovuti dall'utilizzo e quello non avrebbero compromesso l'ingresso o meno dell'acqua mi hanno fatto uno sconto per l'acquisto di un nuovo deeper

Desideriamo chiarire che la decisione relativa alla garanzia non si è basata su semplici graffi o usura estetica. Durante l'ispezione tecnica, i nostri ingegneri hanno riscontrato danni fisici significativi in diverse aree dell'ecoscandaglio. I danni erano compatibili con forti impatti meccanici e avevano compromesso l'impermeabilità del dispositivo, consentendo all'acqua di raggiungere i componenti elettronici interni.
Gli ecoscandagli Deeper sono progettati per resistere a urti e impatti con l'acqua. Tuttavia, i danni causati da forti impatti contro superfici dure possono compromettere l'involucro e i componenti interni e non sono considerati difetti di fabbricazione.
Purtroppo, l'entità dei danni fisici e dei conseguenti danni causati dall'acqua ha impedito il ripristino completo della funzionalità dell'ecoscandaglio. Per questo motivo, il caso non è stato coperto dalla garanzia.
Comprendiamo che questo non sia l'esito che si aspettava, ed è per questo che le abbiamo offerto un valido sconto per l'acquisto di un nuovo ecoscandaglio Deeper a titolo di risarcimento.

Have used the deeper spark on a local lake and everything works great. I'm thinking of buying a tablet as phone screen is small.
Think the tablet needs GPS and WiFi with at least 4GB ram and a good operating system.
So far I'm really happy with my purchase and looking forward to the next session.

Very early days
It's early days yet and I've only used the Deeper chirp 3 once, on that one occasion the depth reading it gave me was very inaccurate, it may prove to be my lack of experience but I will see over the next few weeks or months, I am going to be using it on my bushwacker baiting pole primarily.

If the depth readings seem inaccurate, it's often related to the sonar settings or the scanning conditions rather than the device itself. For example, when scanning very shallow water (around 1–2 ft), using the wide 47° beam may produce inaccurate depth readings. In such conditions, we recommend using the 7° or 20° beam instead.
