I got the pico and got the worst experience. Tunnels are not stable. I raised a ticket several times that I always get 0 tunnels for Philippines. They always blame my modem blocking it by not allowing upnp setting. I told them i bypassed the modem and used mobile hotspot and another internet. I stopped using it. Might as well go back to the more reliable vpn app.

I ordered Deeper Connect Air × 1 on 12/17/2025 for a Christmas gift. As of today 01/23/2026, I still haven't received any shipping update, nor the product. The customer service is horrible.

1. Customer support is very poor they do not have ethics and do not know how to serve the customer
2. There is no define timeline of the resolution
3. The Company do not have a clear escalation desk
4. Product is very poor Quality - frequent disconnect + no nodes working properly + speed become 1/3 of the actual speed of your internet

Important Notice for Deeper Users: Their devices are very expensive and have zero benefits. They simply fool their clients. They don't provide a single real IP or residential IP address. If you try installing a special security system like ipqualityscore.com on your website, their entire lie will be exposed. They provide 100% proxy and VPN IP addresses from their servers. The amazing thing is that by displaying IP addresses in numbers of 4-5, they create the illusion in the client's mind that only that many users are currently live whose IP addresses are being shared. If they could hide their clients' IP addresses and display another IP address in their place, as Cloudflare does for protection, by displaying its own IP address instead of the client's, that would be fine. But they don't do anything remotely like that. Instead, they display 4-5 IP addresses simultaneously by displaying IP addresses from ordinary VPNs from their servers, creating the illusion that these are real IP addresses. All of their IP addresses are proxy or VPN. I purchased their device, but now I feel cheated. These people easily charge up to $500 for a job that can be done with a $2 VPN, promising to provide a real IP address. So beware of these people. Don't buy their devices even by mistake. This company is a fraud. They import cheap devices from China and sell them in the market at exorbitant prices under the guise of providing genuine IP addresses.

This device is completely useless.

I work from home, and whenever I connect this device to my office network, my work e-mail becomes inaccessible.

It’s incredibly difficult to access Netflix titles in other regions, and the worst part is that apps like Disney+ that require a local connection stop working.

YouTube ads, however, remain unblocked.

To top it off, their customer support is terrible. It’s a complete waste of money and time.

Watched the product and its development for about 6 months before taking the plunge. I must say that I'm very impressed with the product Deeper Mini.

Had some teething troubles where I was attempting to understand how the device needed to be configured. Support was very helpful in this regard to eliminate unnecessary things I'd implemented or enabled.

Having requested a few applications to be added to the App Relocator section, I was amazed that a few were updated overnight while a couple were set up via Smart Rules through .csv files provided by them.

Within one month I ordered the Air too for travel. This now forms my std travel kit.

I have three different devices and I am satisfied with them. They work as they should most of the time but sometimes (not often) connection slows down. The slow speed is because the user I am connected to has set a low speed limit.

By rebooting I get another user to connect to and then it works just fine.

So, all in all, the product is very good

The problem is that I as a Swede no longer can buy units straight from Deeper but have to buy through middle hands. The price is MUCH higher now and I doubt anyone will buy it at that price.

I found this is out when I was about to buy my fourth unit. Now I dont know what to do, because the price is just simply too high.

The high price leads to less nodes which means to a less attractive product.

So, I recommend Deeper Connect to allow users to buy straight from them again, it will gain everyone, except the middle hand

Saw some negative comments, it does take some time to learn how to use the Deeper Connect. For those who say it doesn't work, probably because you don't know how to use the device. They got tutorials on YouTube. And complaining about the slow speed, change IPs! Anything that's filtered and send the signal out again, even typical VPN, still not as fast as your local direct network.
They also update firmware, so some of the comment regarding the device issues, why not update firmware or contact support first. Try to solve problems with the team instead of complaining and say it's useless.

I have made the mistake to purchase from them the device called

From the purchase time, the device had faults.

The first visible fault was that when the Wi-Fi antena was inserted, the network wire connection was cut-off completely. I contact them about it, we made a system update, the device worked correctly for about 2 hours after that, the same fault started - when wi-fi antena was inserted the ethernet connection was completly cut-off
Solution: I had to remove the wi-fi antena in order to be able to connect it (the device) to my wired connection.

The second not so visible fault at the begining (again from purchased time) is that the device cuts-off the internet connection whenever it likes (Note that the Wi-Fi antena was completly removed - Not Inserted)
At purchased time and after, this error was not done in so frequently times, therefore I made the mistake to think that this error is "specific" and "for that moment only" and that as time passes this error will pass away - BIG MISTAKE -
As months pass away, this error becomes more and more frequently.
At 9 June 2025 I decided to make a formal complain.
Actually they admited that they have found the fault, telling me (Word for word):

"The logs show that the device's network cable connection is frequently fluctuating between link up and link down. The dev is asking to re-plug the network cable and ensure it's properly inserted. Please let me know when the cables have been checked and if they still see the same readings I can submit the replacement request"
This was 18 days ago (Today is 28/7/2025)
They saw the fault.

I answer back that
- The device was always connected properly and the network cables are properly inserted. .
- I shut down everything this morning, because your device was very very hot, in order to cool down.
- I have just started everything.
Actually it was 6:00 am (Cyprus Time) that I replied to them that day. I shut down everything at 5:25 am that same day for their device to cool down, and I restarted everything at 5:50 am (same day)
(it was on for days continuesly ON for them to check it)

Solution: I had to remove their device from my network in order to solve the problem.
(The problem is that when their device is connected to my network, i do not have stable internet connection - their device cut-off the internet connection in very frequenty times, every day -

After I ask them for a replacement of the device due to the fact that is faulty,
I got today the answer that (word for word):

"I am really sorry the device has failed. Unfortunately the warranty for this device has expired."
[Note that the good point of them is that they gave me a discount voucher to buy again the device from them]

However the Vertic of all this is this:

1. One Year and A Half, after the purchase time you are not covered from their waranty ... even if you buy extra their so called "Deeper Care + for Deeper Set"

2. Their devices cut-off the Internet connection whenever the device likes - very very frequently

3. After One Year and a Half (that you will finally say to yourself "Thats Enough", they will not replace your faulty device and they tell you to buy it again yourself (giving you most probably a discount coupon code - or not - they gave me one)

4. When the Wi-Fi Antena is connected, wired network connection is completly cut-of

==> Therefore if you want a stable, continusly internet connection without any cut-offs DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR DEVICES

If you do not care about the fact that you will have an internet connection cut-off frequently, daily, then you are free to go and buy any of their devices ... the risk is all yours ...

If you also do not care abour the cut-offs of the internet connection, and also do not care that their warranty that they supposed to give is less that one year and a half, even if you have purchased their so called "Deeper Care+ for Deeper Connect Mini Set", then again your free to go and buy any of their devices ... again the risk is all yours ...

Honestly, I actually regret making that purchase from them.
If anyone ask me, I will recomment not to buy anything from them.
Their devices are faulty and they do not want to replace them to you.
Also the warranty they offer is too short.

Question for you to consider:
(a) Do they actually know about the faults on their devices?
(b) Is this the reason that they offer so short waranty periods (Less than a Year and a Half)?

Well my experience with the device from them is very very bad.
I can not answer these 2 questions for you.
You have to answer them yourselves...

For sure is that they will never replace their faulty devices to you, giving you varius excuses...
That means YOU are stuck with the faulty device you have purchased from them.

Despite Deeper.network is claiming not to be logging and to provide anonymity, on their homepage, the Deeper.network nodes where the traffic exits the network are logging users activity like IP addresses (even encrypted, but can be decrypted by Deeper.network). This means that the user can be tracked down. I do not call this "no log" and "anonymity". They have been notified about this but refusing to remove/fix these dangerously misleading statements from their website.

I bought a Deeper Network device based on its promises of online privacy, ad blocking, and secure global browsing. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

While Smart Routing and Full Routing are somewhat explained, there is no clear documentation or step-by-step guidance for setting up security rules or DNS rules, which are critical features of the device. For users who are not deeply technical, this makes the product extremely hard to use.

I manually tunneled certain websites (like 1337x.to) to the United States using Smart Routing, but the IP address is still detected as coming from my home country — meaning the tunneling simply doesn’t work as advertised.

The product page is full of impressive claims, but many of them feel exaggerated or unfounded in actual use. Without proper documentation or support, these features are useless to everyday users.

To make things worse, I reached out to Deeper Network support multiple times and received no response. There's no reliable way to get help when something doesn’t work, and the community channels aren't much better.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I regret my purchase and would not recommend Deeper Network to anyone who isn't highly technical or who expects responsive support and clear instructions.

I’ve been patiently waiting for their customer service to answer what should be a fairly straightforward question for a crew of networking experts. I’ll return this POS to Amazon if I don’t receive a “satisfactory" reply soon.

Been using their devices for years. The Deeper Connect Air worked great when I traveled to Dubai, HK and China. I used to get blocked with my VPN services in Dubai, and had to switch them up. After using Air, I have no problem at all!
I use Mini at home to route my Netflix to different countries. It's super simple and easy. Set a tunnel and clear history. Then log into my same Netflix account and I got myself UK Netflix! For those complained it didn't work, there's a bit learning curve, but they got YouTube channel, tutorials have been helpful! Do some research, I haven't paid for VPN subscriptions for more than 2 years!

Ive been using the products for 3 years now and I am still very excited! Using 10 devices/nodes, and yes I had some problems with some of them in the past, but issues were solved by support.
The network is expanding fast and great developmend is underway. For instance an app for computer and mobile devices. Which use the decentralized network which is powered by the 100k+ nodes all over the world.

Support is good, but hardware is useless.
Constantly having to log in on m laptop to change settings to watch netflix, and that's the settings as instructed by Deeper support.

If you're familiar with the world of decentralized VPNs, you'll know that there are two major projects with the most nodes: Deeper Network and Mysterium. I have been using both daily for almost two years, and DN is by far my favorite. It's more stable, has higher node speeds, and, of course, offers a dedicated hardware solution with zero subscription cost.

Some of the IPs from DN are recognized by IP databases as residential proxies, but many are not. This isn't much of a problem since you can change your IP if that's the case. And maybe you are not even worried about having a known proxy IP assigned. Wherever I go, I take my Deeper Connect Pico with me, and it's generally very stable. Very occasionally, it may need a reboot to work again, but these are minor issues that can be tolerated, considering it's still a relatively young project.

I would like users to have more control over the assignment of exit IPs, such as access to a list of countries and cities (without revealing the network's IPs) and the ability to choose our exit node.

It's an awesome project, well done DN team.

I bought a deeper connect air , the device stopped working properly, I tried to contact customer support to fix the issue and logged a ticket, they then proceeded to close the ticket claiming I had not responded so I opened another one, the engineer said he would get back to me and it has been a couple of months with no response. I have tried reaching out to the company on social media and they have been opening my DMs but just ignoring them. The product was a complete waste of money and their support team is absolutely useless.

I have the Deeper Mini since launch on Indiegogo. I Loveeee this device!!! It works perfectly for everything I need it to be. Ad blocking check for almost every app on every device in my house. Even youtube ads will be filtered out. But not always if google changed there protocols or something. You can however still filter the youtube ads. Just connect it to the right tunnel;)

For me the ad filtering is the most important and the VPN is great works flawless. Doesn’t matter which app or video it just works. Videos always play also 4K streaming. Some thumbnails in example Netflix is slow to load but that doesn’t bother me if the videos are playing well. If it doesn’t just connect to one other IP:)

I read people that call it a scam or something but I would argue that the people who says that they don’t know how it works. Have the device 3 years know or something never had a problem with it. There where things I didn’t understand in the beginning but now I know the device I will never pay anything for a VPN service again!! But it is also a device where you yourself need to pay attention to and put in a little time and effort.

De Deeper Team cannot filter away all the ad domains there will always be ads that it doesn’t filter away. Then you yourself can ad the rules to block that domains and voila ads are gone!! So again with a little bit of work and time in the beginning to know this device it will pay out in the future. People how are complaining it doesn’t work don’t put time and effort in themselves to learn this device and what it can do. Also on youtube they have now a couple of videos to help you through.

Keep on going and can’t wait to see what the future holds for these devices!!
