The most terrible VPN ever available in the market, they work as a scam company, they offer money back to trick you to buy their product but if dont like it and want a refund they will not cancel the service and refund you back the money, beware of these scamsters!!!

I had an extremely negative impression of Urban VPN. This VPN works both as a browser extension and as a system application. It offers many free locations, but they are available only for a short time-after a while, you are required to purchase a subscription. Both versions take a long time to launch and significantly slow down the system. Although switching locations is relatively fast, most of them do not actually work, and my real IP address is often still detected.
What concerned me the most was security. After installing the system application, I began to notice password breaches on some of my accounts, especially email. Later, a system scan revealed Trojan viruses in the application. After removing both the application and the expression, everything returned to normal - there were no more breaches, and the system runs smoothly without issues. I do not recommend this VPN, as it seems unreliable and potentially unsafe.

my experience with this free VPN was good until i researched it and watched videos about it to see if other people liked it or not. What i found out is that this so called "VPN" was stealing users data and selling it to third parties. The company that owns Urban VPN has also been exposed for really shady things involving user data too. This is malware and i DO NOT recommend it to anyone. There is no such thing as a free safe vpn out there and if it sounds good to be true, it is. I now use Proton VPN now even though i have to pay. It's better to be safe than to download a chome extension that does more harm than good.

It's a trojan, it steals your AI prompts (from sources like DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc). You should immediately uninstall this extension and change your password on these AI sites. Additionally, I would recommend changing your password on all your sites for extra security.

I use the free version. There are many countries to choose from, but the version is very limited, and the servers often don't work.

I paid for a yearly subscription and it has been practically unusable. WhatsApp calls don’t work, I cannot watch content from Spain (which worked fine with my previous VPN), and the VPN only worked during the 7-day free trial. After payment, it stopped functioning, and platforms immediately detect and block it. Out of the 10 days I tried using it (including trial), the paid portion was useless. Completely disappointed — do not waste your money.

frick you and your trojan extension. Their extensions had a trojan in it or a stealer that stole ur ai prompts and stuff. Threats quarantined fortunately. Bad expirience overall. DON'T DOWNLOAD! It's a virus.

J’ai rarement été aussi déçu par un logiciel. UrbanVPN, c’est clairement pas ce qu’ils vendent sur leur site. Je l’ai installé en pensant avoir un VPN “gratuit et sécurisé”, et au final j’ai eu une connexion qui rame, des déconnexions aléatoires, et surtout des comportements super louches sur mon PC.
À un moment, j’ai même eu des pubs qui apparaissaient alors que je n’avais rien changé d’autre. Coïncidence ? Franchement j’y crois moyen.
Et le pire, c’est quand j’ai découvert que leur système utilise la connexion des utilisateurs entre eux. Donc potentiellement quelqu’un peut utiliser mon IP pour faire n’importe quoi. On marche sur la tête.
Un VPN est censé protéger, pas te mettre encore plus en danger.
J’ai désinstallé direct. Je comprends même pas comment ce truc peut encore être recommandé quelque part.
Bref, passez votre chemin, ça vous évitera des sueurs froides.

HORRIBLE! TRASH! HATE IT! All it does is give me a headache, disconnect randomly, beg me to buy premium, AND WASTE ALL MY WORK ON ROBLOX STUDIO! I started seeing that since an update around October-November and now ITS ABSOLUTE TRASH! I was already going to share but after that I did NOT share and now I'm complaining!
