Whitesky service is subpar
Just moved into our new apartment and we have to use whitesky. The service has been down twice for a total of four days in the eight days we’ve been at the property. If this is any indication of what’s to come, we’re not happy.

I recently moved into my apartment complex that unfortunately uses white sky, the internet connection is good I will give it that. Why my issue with them is that I have called 50 times in 48 hours trying to get help. Sonos sound system uses multicast and broadcast and of course my apartment just has an access point. They can fix the issue for me but I have been told their “tear 2” team will need to help me. I’ve received 0 phone calls, 0 emails back, I have like 5 open tickets lmao and no help. I’m starting to think the tear 2 team is on another planet

I need the Internet to be able to do my job! This is genuinely the worst Internet service I've ever dealt with.

THE WORST WIFI EVER! Complete shit! Goes out all the time. They take forever to fix issues and I WFH. Don’t ever lease a property with WHITE SKY COMPLETE TRASH! It’s worse than spectrum!

Whitesky has to be the worst
Whitesky has to be the worst. When the WiFi works, it works well. The issue is it doesn’t work often, leaving an entire apartment building without WiFi.
Im lucky and don’t have to go elsewhere to work remotely, but I feel bad for the people who do. Some people rely on reliable internet to make a living, but trust me, they do not care at all. They will take their sweet time getting everything back up and running.
Customer support is terrible. Delays in servicing. When looking for internet, look elsewhere.

Grossly Negligent Internet Service Provider
This company provides horrible internet service with outages on a weekly basis, worthless customer support & no follow through to close out tickets. You’re unable to reach an elevated tier (US based) support despite being told they are transferring you there. There is no recourse for reimbursement as they are billed directly through the complex you live in. One of the worst companies I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with.

Horrible experience. Our apartment “provides” us their service and I gotta say i’ve had an issue with our wifi literally once a month. Super unreliable. Super annoying to have to constantly call them to restore our outages. If you have a choice to use another provider i’d suggest so.

Do yourself a favor and avoid using this ISP. Frequent outages, poor speeds and connection. Customer service is basically useless and non existent. Still waiting on a service ticket that was opened last week and no call, email, or text.

Whitesky is trash
Connection is trash, and customer service is very difficult to reach and when you do reach them, they rarely actually do anything helpful and cite various excuses then close your ticket without further action. Ive not gotten any improvements in three months begging with them and now im on mobile bc they completely throttled my connection when I argued google fiber never has these rampant reliability problems.

My premium apartments in Fate, TX use this as their ISP. Worst internet I have ever experienced. I work remotely and this has caused me several problems. Several times a month it goes down for hours if not days.
Don’t lock yourself into a lease with a place like this.
Worst wifi I have ever experienced
Worst wifi I have ever experienced. Frequent outages that last several days. Customer support doesn’t help at all or know any information about any part of their company. Every outage comes with, “we don’t have estimated ETA” not even a ballpark of a week or a day or if anyone is even currently working on the issue. More bothersome than helpful. I highly recommend if you have this wifi to just go ahead and buy yourself a router and disregard it all, as I regret not buying one myself.

Believe all negative reviews. Today marks 14 DAYS of an open ticket. I have not received a single phone call back. I have called every day 2-3 times per day and have not been able to talk to any of their “higher up specialist team”.
