I have been trying to return a product they sent wrong to get what I really ordered with no response. This has been going on for weeks! This is the second time I've tried to return something and it's nothing but a hassle!! This time I am unsubscribing them and never ordering again!!!

I needed to exchange a large T-Shirt for an XL one. I've left 4 VM messages and 3 emails over a weeks time. No response from Deal Genius. Their customer service is horrible.

One half of the box was not sealed on top or bottom. Not sure how it made it to my house with no tape holding top and bottom flap closed. Amazingly only one item was missing. Wrote customer service twice with NO Response. Its been 6 weeks and not a peep

I purchased a Diamond visions tactical cob flashlight from Deal Genius "batteries incluced", but description didn't mention that the batteries would be completely dead. The return policy is burdensome. I will keep it and replace the batteries. It is not a very well made flashlight, it's flimsy aluminum.

Back to Deal Genius. Why didn't I return sooner? It has been 2 years since I ordered from Deal Genius. I tried it again and found its site so easy to navigate. Shipping speed was quite acceptable. I'll consider another order soon.

Returning something is an issue, so I will never buy any clothing from them again. I bought two pairs of shoes in a size 10. I normally wear a 9, but I figured I'd be on the safe size. They were way small. When I went to return them, I discovered that I would have to pay for the return so it ended up costing 1/2 the price of the shoes to return them. I will think very carefully before ordering anything ever again.

I love this company. Deal Genius led me into being a duct tape fiend! How I love them! Yes it's true some of their products are umm, shall we say cheap,for the price this should be expected and I don't feel cheated EVER. Even these Supreme Orange Lip Masks (15 for $2), just awful but they really do moisturizer your lips! Just getting them to stay on is the problem. My sister and I tried them out and laughed until we cried trying these lip masks out. They are fun if faulty.
I've had so much pleasure from Deal Genius and the prices are beautiful! I've been able to give so many gifts. I worked with the homeless for many years and Deal Genius was wonderful for giving me the ability to give a lot and fun stuff.so good that in the rare event something is faulty, that's fine as I get so much it's a mere pittance against all the great values

I wasn't sure of the process and how quickly I needed to order (stock issues?), but my order went through easily, no glitches, loved the free shipping, and arrived USPS in a reasonable time period. I love the jokes on the daily emails!

This is a small company that anytime you need to call customer service they are very kind, understanding and professional. I try to support them because not all companies are easy to deal with.

I ordered the Nota Stainless Steel 17oz Water Bottle - Insulated, Leakproof, for my adult children for Christmas. Got the wood finish one for my son, and marble for my daughter. They are much nicer quality than I expected. They come in a nice gift box and I know they will love them. Shipping was fast and price was great.

Good reliable company. I have ordered several times from this company. Orders are delivered in a timely manor which is always a plus! Packages arrived in timely fashion. Several items were ordered so I had two separate boxes but they both arrive the same day. All items were well cushioned when they were packed. Most were labeled very easily so you knew which item was which immediately. One drawback is that there were no instructions with the desk lamps so we were uncertain of which bulbs to buy. We thought they took standard size bulbs but they don’t. So it took one or two tries at different hardware stores.

Order was fast and came exactly as ordered! It’s Whoopie cushions for Christmas gag gifts for kids - should be a hoot! Or a toot!
