Ordered toilet paper, compostable Saran Wrap and a soap grab bag. It has been almost 4 weeks and I still haven’t received the first two.
Received the soap grab bag. Only one of the soaps was wrapped separately and labeled. All of the others were in the same bag. There was no wrap separating them, so the scents mingle. If I end up liking one of them, I will have no way to reorder it because they aren’t labeled and the invoice didn’t even list the scents to allow me to guess which is which.
Terrible company

I bought my husband the body pillow for Christmas, buying it a few weeks before to avoid the Christmas rush. When he opened it, he said that it was too big so I contacted the company the day after Christmas to exchange it for the smaller size pillow. On January 7th I hear back that it’s past the 30 day return policy, which leaves us with an expensive item we can’t use and have no way to give away. This is hypocritical of the company since the imprint this product has on the earth is to add to the garbage a product that could have easily been exchanged for a smaller size. I hadn’t even asked for a refund of the price difference. Poor customer service, ridiculous return policy for holiday purchases, and a company that doesn’t walk their talk about the environment. Beware.

Shipping is quick and everything arrives in recyclable packaging definitely a win for a planet. The website is easy to navigate with a clean design that makes discovering eco friendly alternatives simple, even for sustainability beginners.

I like getting a new Guppy Bag. I used it right away, but I have several of these from various companies. Anyway, one of the newer bags, I noticed, has a small opening where one does not belong.

Is the bag with the defect from you, Earth Hero, from Patagonia, or some other business? Not sure, but it is a newer bag.

I love the Full Circle Clear Reach bottle brush! The heads are replaceable and it’s perfect for getting into all the water bottles we use, as well as being a wonderful dish brush! And, I love using Earth Hero for my kitchen needs!

I love earth hero, it provides people who want to do the right thing and save the environment as much as possible, somewhere to shop for everyday products. While they don't have everything your looking for, you can be assured that what they do have is made with organic material, and is great quality.While I love this company for all my shopping needs, there is always room for improvement. 1: I would recommend a return service for those who can't drive such as myself and need to return an item, 2: I would recommend when you don't have an item that a customer is looking for, you provide access to another environment friendly website for the costumer to get the item,3: I would recommend you provide instructional videos on how to use products such as the deodorant, 4: I would recommend you offer composting and recycling programs for the items that can be composted or recycled at the end of life. I would recommend you offer free 1-2 day shipping in order to compete with amazon.com

Very happy with them. Thank goodness for companies like EarthHero, which are offering products that are plastic-free. The news is spreading that plastic is not being recycled nor is it feasible to recycle plastic, and plastic is choking our land and oceans. Manufacturers of plastic have deceived the world and pushed their products on us. When I grew up lots of products came in paper, cellophane (nor plastic), glass, or metal. Thank goodness I can get quality, plastic-free products from EarthHero! They shipped my products quickly and I love the products I bought. I will order from them again.

i’ve ordered lots of smaller things from earth hero before, like toothpaste, produce bags, etc. now, after my first large purchase, i continue to be impressed! i ordered a scoria cork yoga mat in ‘blossom’ from them and it is just as beautiful as the pictures on the site, as well as super comfy, cushioning, and plastic-free!! shipping was fast as usual. thank you earthhero!!
