Pesimo, servicio, me hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta y me mandron un número de seguimiento, hasta ahi todo bien.

Dude por que luego de realizar el pedido y cargar a la tarjeta el precio de $1080 me intentaron jalar $1141 más, pero como no tenia la cantidad no pudieron realizar el cargo. Lo deje pasar.

Me llego el correo de pago exitoso y dos días despúes me llego un numero de seguimiento, pero no se ha actualizado desde hace ya casi 1 mes.

Solo dice que llego el pedido a méxico pero de ahi ya no hay cambio, he llamado a correos de méxico y no saben nada. Entre a la tienda nuevamente y mi cuenta ya no existía, volví a crearla pero como era de esperarse, ya no tenia el pedido registrado.

He estado mandando mensaje a soporte, pero no responden, de verdad, tengan mucho cuidado al comprar en esta tienda, es pésima y solo te roban.

Encargue unos tenis desde febrero ya se me hizo el cargo y no llega nada, escribo a la página y nadie resuelve nada, es una total estafa.

La tienda barton creek mall.y la atencion para los clientes es pesima.no regreso a esa tienda ni loca.te tienen esperando casi 20 a 30 minutos para despues decirte que no tiene esa talla.que asco de personal.de esa tienda.

Pedí 2 pares de tenis, se efectuó el pago y jamás llegaron, nadie se hace responsable, tampoco hubo devolución del dinero.
Es una estafa esa página

Las zapatillas dc de cuero no son buenas se rompen de nda las tengo hace 4 meses y se rompen de nda me siento estafado:(

Total estafa. Cobran una cantidad y debitan otra mayor. Nadie responde los correos. Después de casi un mes, en lugar de zapatos me llegaron un par de lentes oscuros baratos.
Por favor no caigan.

No te dejes estafar. Compré una zapatillas por un valor de $280.000 y debitaron de mi cuenta $368.000, paso un mes y nada que llegaba mi producto, intenté contactarlos sin recibir nunca respuesta, después de casi dos meses me llegó un producto diferente, una bufanda que en el mercado tiene un valor de $25.000, "QUE RATAS".

ES UAN ESTAFA, COMPRE 2 PARES DE ZAPATILLAS Y ME COBRARON MAS DEL MONTO QUE ERA Y CUANDO ME LLEGA EL PEDIDO, ME LLEGARON UNOS LENTES DE SOL DE 1 DOLAR, NO SE COMO CONTACTARME, SI ALGUIEN TIENE UN NUMERO LE AGRADEZCO

When I was younger, I adored snowboarding and actually I didn't know better than DC shoes outfit for snowboarding.
They are creating waterproof and windproof jackets which perfectly suit riding purposes.
Sometimes in summer I also purchased their sneakers which were so popular back in the day. They perfectly matched those guys who were fond of skating. I wasn't keen on skating, but my friends were, and they always wore DC shoes sneakers.

Scarpe bellissime per mio figlio, peccato che dopo neanche 2 mesi si siano totalmente scollate nelle punte. Di solito, tenendo conto che le porta un bambino di 8 anni, almeno 6 mesi spero resistano senza problemi, ma così non mi era mai successo. 10 € di calzolaio e risolto il problema, ma davo molta più fiducia alla qualità di questa marca che adoro.

Ho acquistato più prodotti e ho sempre trovato le offerte proposte molto interessanti, in termini di sconto.
I prodotti sono di buona qualità e l'assortimento di quelli in offerta/saldo sempre abbastanza corposo.
Avendo aderito come socio, ho diritto a consegna e reso gratuiti, questo mi permette di comprare anche semplici magliette senza che le spese di spedizione vanifichino il risparmio.

Unica nota dolente, il corriere (BRT): mi dava un orario di consegna, poi segnalava l'impossibilità di effettuare la consegna stessa, e in ultimo, a distanza di ore dalla fascia d'orario che loro stessi avevano comunicato, e dopo che avevo optato per la consegna in un punto di ritiro, il corriere si è palesato!

Intentas contactar con ellos y no contestan los mensajes enviados, seguramente ni siquiera les ponen atención, lo único que les interesa es vender.

Ahora no se a quien dirigirme para solicitar una devolución.

Wenn ich keinen Stern geben könnte würde ich es machen! Absolut unfähiger Kundendienst, seit 10 Wochen laufe ich meinem Geld der Retouren hinterher und muss deren Job machen, man bekommt nicht mal eine ordentliche Rückmeldung und keiner nimmt sich dem Thema an, ein Telefonat ist zuviel verlangt und es immer noch mehr als 300€ ausständig! Absolut grottenschlecht! Bitte nichts bestellen! Es gibt nur Probleme und man wird mit obwohl ich mehrmals alles ordnungsgemäß zugesendet, aufgelistet und bewiesenermaßen alles zurück gesendet habe, nur verarscht und abgewimmelt!!

He solicitado una devolucion por un error de ellos, pero todavia han pasado un mes y medio y no me han devuelto dinero, pero tampoco contestan a los mensajes enviados. Atencion al cliente muy pesima. Nunca no voy a comprar de esta tienda.

Thieves. Ordered on €72.80 worth of items on July 1, 2023 from DC Shoes Spain and, a month later, have not received items. The shipping company has declared the package as lost and told me that they have informed DC who has insurance and bears the responsibility to make the buyer whole. Not DC, evidently! No customer service number or email, just an online form which they only send generic, non-helpful responses to my complaint. I called DC headquarters in California and they pretty much hung up on my face, saying they are not affiliated with European offices. This company has very bad business practices, and no customer support. Amazing that they are publicly traded! Avoid at all costs!

Comfortable shoes and great style. However, I have only had them 3 months of simple everyday casual wear and the heel on one of the soles is deteriorating both inside and on the bottom of the shoe. Really expected these to last a lot longer, but soon they will have to be thrown away.

Ordered 3 items at the same time and the same order. DC split the order into 2 shipments for some reason and then proceeded to only ship 1 item while the other 2 just sat there.
The second shipment kept saying label created while the other was in transit on its way.
Called DC customer service and the guy tells me that both shipments were in transit and the tracker was wrong and would update when it hit the Canadian border. I asked 3 separate times if both shipments were in transit, just to make sure i heard correctly, and he assured me all 3 times both shipments left the US warehouse and were in transit in the US currently.
4 days later the first shipment arrives while the other still just said label created. Noticed though, on the tracking it said label created in Canada so I thought I'd call and make sure.
The second guy tells me there was an error in the CANADIAN warehouse where the second shipment was coming from and would not be able to ship the order but instead would only cancel and refund my money.
So the first guy straight out lied about my order to avoid conflict and in the end, my wife got her shoes and I didn't get anything but a refund for my items.
This is now the second shipping issue with DC. The first time it took close to 2 months to receive my order but figured I'd give them a second chance.
I've now learned my lesson and will never order from them again!!
Love their products but the customer service people are liars and shipping team is absolutely horrible.

I ordered size 8 sneakers instead they brought size 9

bought some shoes - correct size but way too tight, trying to return the shoes is a nightmare, the system doesn't seem set up for customer ease, its as if its made as difficult as possible to deter returns, awful service
