Terrible company in the UK an absolute shambles. Parcels shipped from Belgium might as well be from the moon the time it takes.

Customer service non existent, if you have a problem with your order forget about getting any help.

The contact sheet on their website just generates an automated response. An actual person does not respond so your issue never gets resolved.

Found a phone number and have tried it 8 times didn't get through once. Puts you in a queue and then cuts you off after 15 minutes of waiting.

I have to escalate to my bank as they have taken money from my account and not refunded the money after I returned the item using their returns process and carrier.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my child and almost immediately decided I needed a larger size, I contacted customer service before the shoes had shipped and was told that it is impossible for them to change the order at all and that they would have to ship the shoe sand I would have to return them to get a different size! Did I mention that the order hadn't shipped yet! I have been wearing DC shoes for 30ish years and wanted to get my children into the brand as well but after this appalling customer service and treatment, I will never buy a DC product again!

Me compré unas zapatillas que en 4 meses están rotas. Les mandé un correo reclamando y un mes después sigo sin respuesta. La verdad es que es muy decepcionante.

Si, efectivamente es una estafa. Siempre se va a realizar tu pedido y siempre se va a demorar por arte de magia y al final te van a decir que tu pedido se perdió.
Mandé muchos correos en inglés exigiendoles mi paquete o el dinero, según me van a reembolsar solamente 350 pesos, acabo de mandarles mi número de cuenta.

Wish I’d came on here before ordering. Shorts ordered and then returned to sender for no reason. No customer service just automated responses. Hoodie I ordered has been at customs in Holland for over a week. Tracking doesn’t work at all unless you copy and paste tracking into the dpd website. Avoid at all costs. Luckily I used my credit card and will be claiming all my money back

Never received my order, then an email arrives to say my order has been returned and refunded. To top it off the refund I received wasn't for the full amount as they had deducted the postage! Likely a scam making money off postage costs. Not sure what's going on, I thought DC was reputable but I won't be buying with them again.

Esta página DC shoes Mexico es una estafa el precio era $1,080 y me descontaron de mi tarjeta $1,226 la página al hacer el cobro primero se trabo y según decía la transacción no se realizó.
Días después me llega un correo todo chafa en ingles diciendo según que mi paquete fue enviado, (aclaro chafa porque e comprado en otras tiendas on line y los correos que me envían tienen hasta el logotipo de la marca).
Antes de eso yo había hecho un reclamo en mi tarjeta puesto que primero la transacción marcaba como no exitosa.
Un mes después mi tarjeta acepta el reclamo y ellos me devuelven el dinero.
Ahora acabo de recibir unos lentes en un estuche que yo no recuerdo haber encargado en ninguna plataforma y me doy cuenta que talvez son parte de la estafa.
Igual tengo mi dinero de vuelta y unos lentes.
NO COMPREN EN DC SHOES MEXICO.

I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago, with expected delivery within 3-5 days. I quickly received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number - which does NOT exist! After two weeks and repeated requests to dc shoes contact form, I still have not heard anything, my shoes have not been delivered and the shipment don’t exist when I try to track my order.
I'm very curious to see if they show up at all and if I'll ever get a response.
Really poor customer service, or lack thereof. I would never recommend buying directly from them. If you are going to buy something from DC shoes, choose a whole sale shop that you trust.

If this company was a dogs rear end that would be a compliment.

Great product but that's it customer service is awful u aren't able to reach to actual person everything is authentic response from the system, refunds are so slow that best option raising dispute with your bank, not buying again from them....

I bought so many DC shoes in the past. DC shoes had offers for shorts so I decided to purchase a few pairs online. My order arrived later than expected with no updates however importantly the quality was far suboptimal. I took note that perhaps the product photos were edited. I requested for return and accepted the fact that I needed to pay the return fee BUT customers should be aware that DC shoes will devalue your product immediate for returns. E.g. your total order costs you 91.78 GBP. For returns, the reimbursement is calculated at 86.78 GBP, and in addition you pay extra for returns posting, I paid 5GBP through DC shoes preferred supplier. I contacted DC shoes customer services twice already but they still have not answered my question and only responded that the cost is due to the shipping fee, where my question specifically was why is my returns devalued, I haven't even worn and the labels have not been removed! I used to love DC shoes but looking at other reviews, I am glad it's not just me. Never again.

Schoenen paste niet. Teruggestuurd en nooit geld teruggekregen. 10 emails gestuurd maar krijg telkens dezelfde email terug. Echt hatelijk zulke acties. Heb afgifte bewijs van dhl maar niks aan te doen. Een site die niet betrouwbaar is!

DC shoe company sells extremely narrow shoes and doesn't include this relevant information in the description. They don't refund shipping and they also keep $10 of your payment if you don't want store credit.

Lamentable que sea la primera opción en las búsquedas de Google, no hay manera de contactar y rastrear las compras, mucho menos hacer un reclamo o devolución, ESTÁ TIENDA ES TOTALMENTE UN FRAUDE.

La página de CD Shoes México no es oficial. Y lamentablemente aparece como primera opción cuando Googleas, se ve muy certera por cual me fue difícil darme cuenta que fui estafada.
Paso 1 semana sin recibir la guía de seguimiento para entrega de paquete. Al momento de realizar el cargo se trabó la página, pensé que solo se estaba actualizando. Sin embargo se me generó y el cargo.
Mande varios correos electrónico preguntando sobre mi paquete y te contestan en inglés y aparte es una respuesta ya predeterminada.
Me contacte en las redes oficiales y no recibí respuesta. Así como darse cuenta de que esta página no es fiable? Si su atención al cliente por medio de la página oficial es pésima.

Overpriced and super uncomfortable. Shoes don't breathe at all so your feet get hot, sweaty and eventually smelly. Quality is abysmal now. I bought UnderArmour instead and they are lighter, way way more comfy and your feet don't get hot and they last a long time. Step up your game or you're going out.

Ordered Snowboard boots from here, were supposed to arrive by the end of the week for me to take on holiday 5 days later. They arrived after my holiday!?

Customer care basically said sorry we didnt have them in the UK and had to get them sent over but only once I asked them why the order tracker still said "Order preparing".

Had to rent while I was away. At least they didnt charge me to send them back.
