Never buy anything from this web store, I bought some snowboard boots one size bigger than my shoes just to be sure it would fit, but still were too small, so I asked looked up to change for one size bigger, than I discover that I would have to pay for the shipping to return it and purchase again which I wont. If you don't know how to have a online store simply don't have it. A big brand like that its just a shame to see that they are simply not prepared to offer online services. At the end would be much better if I had gone straight to the some physical shop. The online cost me much more.

DC shoes sent my order to a suburb rather than my address! They then stated I didn’t enter my address correctly, even though my full address is the only one they have on their system! It took me weeks of emails and phone calls to try and correct the issue which in the end was not resolved and I had to wait to get a refund! The customer service was extremely poor, they wanted to blame me and dismiss my concerns. It took a lot of effort to try and resolve the issue and I would actively discourage anyone from using this service

I’m writing this review because I was nearly put off by all the negative ones here. I bought some trainers for my son, as we couldn’t find them anywhere else, and decided to take the risk. The trainers arrived within two days, in perfect condition. Very happy with the service

This online shoe store is very bad.They are scammers.I did not received my order,and they did not give my refund.On top of that,I was charge extra when the payment was deducted in my bank.I was asking for proof that it was delivered and they cannot provide me anything.People should not do business with this e shop

I made an order on October 8th. I ordered the black pink dc shoes, when i received my order it was basically a folder with a fake cartier ring on the inside.Such a waste of 59 dollars never ever order from this scam likely website.

I brought some DC shoes that look great but after 3 months of VERY light use they were falling to bits.

I emailed customer service and it took over a month to get a reply. When they finally did reply they blamed it on wear and tear and not the quality. Even after sending photos to show how good a condition the rest of the shoe was in (to show they hadn't been miss used and obviously lightly used) they still wanted to take no responsibility and blamed me.

Returned item recorded delivery, confirmed they have received the shoes back but they have not refunded the payment. Every email sent is ignored. I am owed £90 by this company and have been waiting 2 months already. Disgusting company.

I have NEVER in the entire existence of the internet (so for me that is 25yrs)
Had such an uncaring - unbothered, monotonous, lacklustre reply from any company EVER - Towards someone who wanted to be a return customer and was asking them where to get one of their items.

Suffice to say I will buy my items elsewhere as you obviously do not have any appreciation or respect for my continuing custom - So I will take it elsewhere! If this is how you treat all your customers - I guess your company will be going down the pan, a bit like your customer service obviously already has!

Be careful ording online dc shoes. They have so many scam websites out there. I was victim to this and dcshoes still.never replied to my emails about it. Poor company. No wonder it's going out of business in Canada.

There is zero customer service. Royal mail lost the shoes, royal mail said I had to contact the supplier. Contacting DC Shoes is impossible. All I get are automated emails which are useless. When I call the customer service help line I am calling a Swedish number which puts me on hold and then cuts off. Hopeless. This matter is still ongoing.

DC after over 20 years of wearing and buying only DC shoes I'm giving up on you. In past I love your shoes, comfortable indestructible something you advertise everyone but now ... your shoes is a disaster. Still got three pairs of DC shoes now , one of them cracked on bottom on both shoes, other pair from new design and made out of recycling stuff are so uncomfortable it is painful wearing them. From quality you went to quantity. I'm saying goodbye to you... never again.

Realice dos pedidos entre tenis, ropa y accesorios y recibí números de seguimiento que de pronto indicaban que ya habían sido entregados los paquetes, sin posibilidad de contactar al transportista, voy a la página dc México donde los encargué y ya no existe.

Worst retailer I have yet come across.
They sent me the totally wrong item and after two weeks of trying and talking with there automated wall designed purely to stop people communicating with them I managed to get a return agreed however EVRI have lost this and again I have been fighting to get there error sorted.
This has now been. Going on for two months without much contact from there side.

Still can't see a resolution coming any time soon.

Received a pair of shoes, each shoe is a different size. Called to return, they wanted to only give me a partial refund saying they dont refund shipping cost! Are you kidding me? You sent me two different shoe sizes! Had to fight to get the full refund. Will definite;y never order from them ever again. CROOKS!

wish I could give less than one star, they are the normal bunch of on line butt holes, take the money, send wrong or bad goods. been trawling for a UK address but can't find one, would probably travel to hold someone to account for the absolute waste of time. customer services = Joke
