We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

I ordered a rose for a special occasion…
I ordered a rose for a special occasion for some friends. The stock available at local garden centres was poor given time of year so decided to order online from David Austen. The ordering process, delivery service and the quality of the rose that arrived was excellent - I only wish I had ordered a rose for myself; maybe next year.

Mixed experience
I ordered 2 potted roses that arrived on separate days, despite being marked '1 of 2' and '2 of 2'. The bottom of the second box was heavily strapped by the couriers tape, because water from the pot had destroyed the cardboard, thank you to DPD. It seems you don't send multiple orders together? Apart from that near disaster, the roses are 'scrawny'
but I'm sure that growing conditions have been very challenging this year. Glad to have them, thank you all.

An excellent experience
I found the website easy to navigate, and quickly found a suitable rose for my intended plans. It arrived sooner than expected, was very well packaged and in good condition. There were clear very helpful instructions included with contact details for further advice. I used these and had an immediate response from an AI bot which answered all my queries.

Have bought several excellent roses…
Have bought several excellent roses from David Austin nursery , and needed a climber for shady areas. It is very healthy with a big root system and happy in its new home. Well packed and arrived on time.

Amazing place
Amazing place. A favourite place of ours to stop by, admire the roses. The gardens, whilst they can busy are always amazingly calm. Its a shame I don't live nearer otherwise I'd be more of a regular visitor.
