We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

Stunning product. The item was purchased as a gift. Unfortunately, the delivery guy took it miles away from the recipient, however, David Austin sent a replacement at no extra charge. the gift was received well and appreciated. Beautifully boxed too.

What a superb company this is. I’ve bought quite a few roses online and recently visited David Austin in Albrighton. (That’s well worth a trip!!) Every rose has flourished and exceeded my expectations. The quality is truly a cut above every rose I’ve ever purchased.
Customer service is first class too. I do wonder if responses are more AI generated (which would be a shame) but I’m uncertain. However, help, advice and customer service is top notch. I won’t ever buy anywhere else.

Although I gave delivery instructions…
Although I gave delivery instructions in the order that should have guaranteed delivery, the potted rose was returned to the depot.
A repeat order would have been meaningless, as it had been ordered for an 80th birthday and the moment was lost.
I don’t know if the failure was due to the delivery driver or missed communication from DA to the driver, but it was very disappointing.

Having looked into this further, I can see that the order was unfortunately damaged in transit and was therefore returned to us by the carrier. I appreciate that this information does not change the outcome, but I hope it provides some explanation as to why the delivery was unsuccessful.
I can also confirm that the order has since been refunded in full.
Please accept my sincerest apologies that we were unable to deliver your gift in time for the 80th birthday celebration. We understand that these occasions cannot be repeated, and I'm truly sorry that we missed the opportunity to be part of such an important milestone.
