Great experience! There were some problems with my parcel due to the delivery service and some streets that were blocked in my city, but dance world was always helpful and I could easily reach them all the time. The quality of the items is really impressive and we love themYYY

Great customer service and quality items
Although a few items listed online weren’t available, Danielle from the Dance World Europe team was incredibly helpful and responsive in adjusting my order. The process was straightforward, my package arrived quickly, and all items were in excellent condition and exactly as described. Really appreciated the friendly service—it made the whole experience a positive one!

Excellent customer service and reliable delivery
I had a wonderful experience ordering from Dance World Europe. I placed my order on June 23rd for a ballet leotard I needed for an upcoming performance on July 12th. Although the parcel was slightly delayed during transit, Fiona from the customer support team, was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive throughout the whole process.
She contacted the courier directly, kept me updated, and even followed up to make sure I received my package — which I did, well in time for my event. The leotard is beautiful and exactly what I needed.
Thank you to the Dance World team for the excellent service and genuine care. I’ll definitely order from you again!
