I am seriously thinking of giving up my business with binman. There is usually not enough rubbish or recycle material to put out the bins every two weeks. My bins are presented monthly.

I went away on holiday for 2 weeks had left my bins in my front yard when i came home my 2 recycling bins had been filled to the top with waist when i called and asked what can they do to accommodate this situation the woman on the phone was so rude worst customer service ever!!!her name was mary She told me to take out the waste but its not mine so i didnt want to touch it it is now currently the week before Christmas and they still are full with waste i am at my wits end here will definitely be switching companies asap

This wasn’t the first time they failed to empty my bin on the scheduled collection day. The collection was rescheduled, and customer care said it was a mistake on their side. However, on the rescheduled day the bins were not emptied again. One staff member assured me the truck was definitely there, while another said it wasn’t. The collection was rescheduled once more, and still there was no sign of a truck.
The worst part was the customer care. They were very rude and treated me as if this was my fault. There was no apology - they simply hung up the phone. Avoid this company!
Non-existent customer service
I am a customer for 10 years. I misunderstood their changed billing system as it wasn't explained properly in the text communication. When the funds in my account depleted, instead of communicating the problem to me, they just left my full bins standing outside my house. They never responded to my email outlining what I had done to comply with the billing system change. Eventually I managed to get through by phone and sorted it out. Non-existent customer service from Mr Binman. Avoid them if you are thinking of joining up, go elsewhere.
Disgraceful workers
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The workers haven't the slightest brain cell between them all. It's a disgrace the way they leave back the bins even after multiple emails sent with pictures to ask them to leave them back neatly and more importantly safely. Absolute nightmare of a company.
Company is more trash than the rubbish in your bin
Account has credit on it, bins left out for collection, bins not emptied. Rang up, woman on the phone was as rude as could be. I've cancelled my service with them. I was with them before and left due to poor customer service. Only went back because they were slightly cheaper than other service. I'd rather pay extra than deal with these lot. Apparently they keep your trash and give it jobs answering phones to customers.

STAY CLEAR!! I wish I read reviews before signing up to this joke of a company. Not able to resolve any issues the worst customer service I’ve ever revived they advertise them selves on social media as being fantastic with 5 star reviews but I don’t believe this for a second. My bins didn’t get collected as I had issues with making my payment no option to ever set up a DD i constantly have issues log in and no option to set a password you can remember just a stupid 4 digit pin they send and you need to reset every single time to pay! What a joke! Rang for help was told I could use a card then told the woman on the phone it showed a saved card but can’t add it for re occurring payments she said I had no card in file I have issues logging on but once I do I can see the card so someone obviously hasn’t even a clue what they are doing! My bins were paid before collection I wasn’t told it had to be 2 days in advance these rules aren’t highlighted ! Was told to ring how can you ring when the lines are closed after work ???I had a genuine issue did my best to resolve it and get help when I could over the phone and you get no support
I also requested to cancel my service after this terrible ordeal she woman said it was all my fault even though I’ve highlighted the issues I was having doing this she didn’t care no sympathy at all
When I requested to cancel the bins I was told I can’t because they have to be empty? They are paid so I don’t understand why they can’t be emptied next time and cancelled imagine after saying I can’t call during the operating hours she says I have to call beach completely ignoring what I have just told her.
I’ve never heard of a company refusing service over €27 for two days I’ve never owed the company money and always pay my bill what a joke I will be telling all my neighbors who use this device and family to stay well clear
Very pleased with their response
As a new customer I was disappointed to find that my bin hadn’t been collected on my 2nd pickup. Worried that I had made a mistake changing to Mr. Binman, I phoned their Customer Service. They were excellent, very apologetic and arranged to collect my bin the following day and left a clean one. Albert ( think that was his name) was so helpful and pleasant. Since then the service has been really good. No complaints.
