Damp & Timber Property Services Ltd Omdömen

Ashley was very responsive to my request and arranged a specialist to conduct a damp investigation report the same week. The surveyor was very thorough and produced a comprehensive and easy to understand report with sensible recommendations.

Ashley acts with impeccable immediacy from getting the surveyor out to responding to emails. He is consistently professional and checks in during the work.
Alan, Dan and Warren were impressively efficient and worked solidly while they were here to complete the work to a high standard in at a considerably fast pace, due to their unwavering work ethic. They were also more than happy to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it throughout the process.
The standard of the work is incredible and the place was left clean and tidy. I cannot fault the whole process.

Ashley was great throughout the process, really informative

Very professional and helpful

Very quick with results and nothing was a stress, will be using again.

Great communication and a personalised service. After an initial conversation with Dean, which was informative and put into simple language, we were passed over to Ashley who was really helpful and kept us informed of the process every step of the way. The survey was booked in with our estate agents and we recieved the report within 5 working days.

I was looking to buy a property in Kent, and on viewing was concerned there was signs of Mould/Damp.
Through a comparason website I picked Damp & Timber Property Services Ltd and obviously was lucky enough to choose the right one, they couldn't be more helpful.
My contact was Ashley and he arranged for a specialist to inspect the property. He was prompt and very informative, with a full report in writing when finished. Very good price too.
Will definitely use again in the future.
