Drysolve Surveying Ltd Omdömen

Michael was able to carry out a survey at short notice and was communicative throughout. His prices were much more reasonable compared to big companies and he even called me to summarise the findings before sending me the full written report.

I recently used Drysolve for a damp survey on my rental flat. Michael is such a lovely guy. 100% professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. The survey report was highly detailed, yet ‘reader friendly’.

As part of my mortgage application the lender requested a damp and timber survey. I chose Drysolve Surveying because they provide a Pre Purchase Survey and met the lenders Property Care Association (PCA) requirement.

There are a lot of Damp & Timber Surveyors, but it was important for me to find someone that would not sell me additional services and is 'truly independent'. I also wanted someone with the qualification and experience to provide me with the right expertise.

Michael from Drysolve Surveying communicated with me throughout the process, reached out to the estate agent to arrange a time and provided a report within the agreed timeframes. I was impressed with Michaels' resolve to provide excellent customer service. He called me straight after the survey was conducted and responded very quickly to my emails.

I am pleased to report that the survey was accepted by the lender and a mortgage offer has been issued. I have also used the report and graphic showing the troubled areas to negotiate the offer with the seller and agree on work that needs to be completed prior to the sale.

I received excellent service from Michael at Drysolve.
He was very communicative with my pre-purchase survey request and arranged the survey within a short period.
He made contact by phone immediately after his survey visit to advise of his summary findings and accessed the property again to clarify a query that I raised in the phone conversation.
The report was provided promptly afterwards and was detailed and written in plain and understandable format.
He responded to follow up emails promptly and gave clarifications to queries.
Would highly recommend.

We received excellent service - prompt and expert advice plus it was a reasonable fee. Fully trustworthy and we recommend Michael Horton to all looking for help with resolving a property problem.

Michael completed an independent survey for me following some flooding in one of our rooms. We don’t live in the area any longer and Michael went the extra mile to help facilitate the survey with the managing agent.
He gave details on the process and what the inspection would cover; we could be assured that we would get a truly indecent report before tendering for the repair work.
Great customer service, thorough report and professional throughout the job.
Many thanks

Mike carried out a damp survey for our cellar at our home. He was very professional and explained what the problem was really clearly and gave us a detailed report afterwards.
I'm really happy we chose an independent surveyor and would definitely recommend his services.
