If I could give negative stars I would…

If I could give negative stars I would this place is a joke. So their checkout went down on their site so I was sent to another sister company I ordered from there which mind you cost me 10 extra dollars then I waited over a month for it to even be shipped and it still has yet to ship then when it did ship it's now stuck in New Jersey somewhere and they keep telling me to reach out to the USPS. I said that's not how it work before cuz I have ordered from you before my package was lost in transit and you guys allowed me to pick another one between being completely ignored on the customer service chat being passed around with no real results and no answers then all of a sudden they block me on all their sites for messaging customer service so I have to go to the email which takes days if they even do answer this place used to be good I would no longer waste my money with these folks they have done nothing to ask for me a refund or to replace the box or send another one out or anything this place is a complete and utter joke I'm not sure how all these YouTubers are allowing them as sponsors for their videos it is pure ripoff. And I can promise you all these five-star reviews on here are probably bought reviews or employees themselves getting paid to do it. I am highly disappointed this place is a rip off and I will be looking other places from now on to buy boxes from I hear hemper is a lot better company than they will ever be. I feel ashamed that I even recommended this company to anybody that I know. I am highly highly disappointed highly feeling like I was disrespected that my money and time means nothing to them and then to have customer service block me like a spoiled little brat child who's in trouble because they don't want to deal with a problem they created That's a great way to keep a customer base. No wonder they moved to Las Vegas because Las Vegas allows them to get away with things like this where they would have never gotten away with this when they were in California or any other state I wish this company would just finally go under and be done with again if I could give it negative stars I would

Worth the money

The Customer Service is top-notch and responds very quickly should any issue arise. The products are of great quality, and shipping is top-notch. They make it easy to track your shipment and back up their products 100%. They're very professional and kind.

If i could put 0 i would. Its like these people dont wanna give me my refund, i ordered a banger from the website and realized oh shit. Didn't check reviews, saw that this place is clear trash and cancelled my order. Its been hours of them telling me we ssent this to someone who can deal with this. LIKE YOU CANT JUST CANCEL MY ORDER AND GIVE A REFUND??? like if im being stupid or atuc up please tell me but like from my pov this is a wreck

This company will screw you!!!!!!

I would give this scam of a company negative stars if able. I didn’t receive my last box and they refuse to replace it. There rational is that USPS showed it as delivered. The package was insured and they won’t stand behind it. I also had trouble with a sister company. When I pointed this out they had zero surprise. I should have read all the crappy reviews before dealing with this company. The company can continue to hide in Las Vegas with the lax laws. They would be hammered into bankruptcy if they were here in Florida. Moral of the story, do not do business with this company.

Ordered there special box of the month

Ordered there special box of the month, 50 bucks, put in my address and it changed my delivery address, messaged them a few times about it, tried telling me it says it was delivered that there’s nothing they can do, so screw this place, no more money for you

Bought a grinder and dab accessories…

Bought a grinder and dab accessories from them. The shipping was a nightmare. It's been almost a month and I'm STILL waiting for my items.
Hemper seems to be a better option as DHC doesn't seem to respect their customers' time or money

Purchased box opened to hairline crack no replacement

Purchased The Las mas box with 6 other boxes from them all others were fine. opened the box to try piece after smoking out of others to find, a hairline crack on taco bong that leaks fast unusable. Contacted support they said give them time to look into it "ignored" us for about 2 weeks(We had to contact them) and said its past 14 day basically and your on your own. I didn't ask for money back I wanted one item in box replaced We have ordered 7 boxes in 3 months. Will buy from Hemper or someone else felt disrespected. check all your boxes right when they come.

Creating a shipping label then canceling it?

According to USPS tracker They made a label for my package and then "canceled the label". I've reached out to the company directly many times trying to clarify and gotten no reply over the phone or via email and in fact Gmail says there posted customer help email address they have listed no longer exists.They still have my money so it doesn't appear that there was any issue with the payment. They've been holding on to my money since the 17th it is now the 26th so only day 9 of their 15-day processing time that they do specify I'll give them that, however it's just really weird to create a label and make me think my package is being shipped out and then just yank it and the fact that they are ghosting me is even more concerning. I may have been scammed out of $200 update as of the 30th I'm taking my money back dhc is verified to scam if u order something they don't have they just keep the money but they don't list it as sold out or take it off the site the let u pay for it and send u tracking info that they then later just cancel

Due to a system error, the notification was not delivered to our support team so they were unaware of the situation. After looking into this for you, they identified the error and resolved it.

I have waited over a week

I have waited over a week and my package has been stuck in Las Vegas, I tried contacting customer service for them to say that they “fixed” the problem and it should be here in a couple days. I’ll gladly give it another week but if it’s not here I’m requesting my money back and not doing business again
