The cream is great and I have a subscription. Unfortunately it is out of stock often and I am left without.
The only company I have ever dealt with that charges loyal customer's who are on a subscription plan more than double the price to order an item as needed, one at a time. I had been ordering CBD sleep gummies for between $24-$30 as needed for quite a while. They sent email saying to sign up for a subscription and save money so I did. The next order they charged me $57 for the same item. When I saw this I contacted them within 12 hours and asked them to explain why it was more. They said because they guarantee subscribers will get an order so they charge more for that?!?! They never sell out ever so what is that? I then asked them to cancel the order. The customer service agent said no problem....3 hours later I get an email saying my order just shipped. I called back and they said they did get the cancel request in on time so it had to ship. They said I could return it when it arrived....When I called back to get an RMA to return it the said "Sorry we aren't accepting returns at this time. Never do business when them. They don't appreciate loyal customers at all. I was a loyal customer since 2022 and will never buy from them again.
Their gummies are a ripoff. Do not waste your money. Zero strength and I would eat them by the handfulls. Scam all the way
Something has happened to the ownership and management of this company, once a Colorado Company. Few years ago, worked with and everything A1/ Recently ordered Oil, Things did not seem the same, I think the company was sold, and an investment company now runs the show.
Yes, called customer service, and it was offshore, very difficult to understand. I believe he even told me he would have to contact the company on that question, ?? Delivery was terrible, no updates etc.
And the package arrived with a return label, (shipping point) NuLeaf Inc, Looked into that company and got more confused, Will purchase from a different, and reliable CBD company.
I’ve order from them before without issues. Great products. Ordered on 10/24/25. No notice that item was out of stock. No notice about shipping being paused due to inventory. Just several days of excuses about why I don’t have my products. Just got the email saying my order was cancel (as I requested) but the refund was not processed.
Fab CBD company is deceitful and has been saying now for 3 weeks that their refund processing system had routine maintenence update and now it doesnt work. They owe me 102.30. Refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and only send robotic email responses. I started contacting them via email sept 12, 2025 when I saw i was overcharged.
Charged my credit card twice with out my permission.
Customer service is non existence.

Better products from different companies. And there are MUCH better companies that have great products and have great customer service!

Do not purchase from them. I had been a loyal customer for years & spent thousands on their products. I purchased a VIP membership. The items they claim are free, are NOT free, and have a small charge that is not listed anywhere. I asked customer service about the charge. It took days to respond & they were condescending & unhelpful. I put in a BBB complaint due to the false advertising& wanting my membership fee back (never purchased anything - everything is sold out too). They never responded. They’re a horrible company. The saga started on 5/6, and it ended with them saying they would refund, then said they wouldn’t on 5/16.
Was unable to make a purchase over the Labor Day weekend, kept getting an error message about my card info not being verified. Tried 2 different cards. Contacted my bank. Nothing amiss on bank/card end. And I was using Google Chrome.
Called customer service twice and left voicemails. (They only have a voicemail :/.) It’s been 3 days since I first called, have yet to hear from anyone.
The form to submit customer feedback was also broken with an error notification that just read “alphabet only” ok but…you asked for my email so I have to include an “@“? So I then I emailed them directly about these issues yesterday. Have yet to hear back. This company used to be great, their website used to work just fine, what the heck happened?
P.S. I also can no longer log into my account without making a new password each time.
Literally just received an email stating that what I had purchased last month (meaning I've already consumed most of the product) has been contaminated and should be discarded due to the possibility of it causing an illness! I could have consumed pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, anything and they have not been forthcoming with the information though I have called and emailed numerous times. Do not trust this company! Now I have to go to a lab to get tested and pay out of pocket for all of this. Now a days it seems companies really don't care about the consumer, just the $$. Its sad really.

I've been taking their CBD oil tinctures and I have eliminated joint pain, stiffness, and injury pain. It works for me! Their customer service is great and they offer coupon codes. They ship fast and I'm pleased all the way around.
