Terrible customer service. Juice cleanse was not delivered when it said it would be. I was told a new delivery had been ordered and would be sent out 2 days later, only to then be informed on the day of delivery that the new delivery couldnt be sent due to stock issues. Customer service team is non-responsive, unhelpful and generally awful.

Asks what day you would like the juices delivered so I picked Monday, but then I am emailed to say they do not deliver Mondays.

Delivery rescheduled to Saturday but the whole day passed and nothing arrived. The tracking link provided is for someone else from August 2024.

No courtesy email to say the item was running late.

I emailed to ask where it was (Saturday evening) and got a reply on Monday to say they were out of stock of one of the items so the delivery was delayed. No apology for the inconvenience. Told it would be delivered today, still no tracking link or update.

Shame as this has completely put me off and I have cancelled repeat orders. Daily Dose you need to sort out your ops & logistics if you want to retain customers.

Had my first ‘Daily Dose juice’ in a coffee shop. Ordered a variety of juices and smoothies online as had really enjoyed it and not come across the company before. Fast delivery, really well packaged as freezer block was still mostly frozen on arrival. Dates were good for fresh juices and I’m a very delighted customer. Will be ordering again.

Put an order on 1st Jan 2025 and received shipping update order on 2nd Jan. I realised the confirmation email had an incorrect tracking number for DPD (saying a different parcel had been delivered to a different address in July 2024) and despite reaching out to DD I've not heard back, and the juices as far as I'm aware have not been delivered. Overall rather disappointing customer service / management of orders which is a shame as the juices are lovely!

Find drinking this green juice first thing every morning is the best start I can have to my day and such a boost to my immune system.

I previously have had a good experience with deliveries in time and good communication
The last time I ordered there was what I thought was a blip when my order was not delivered. They said they didn't have enough of one of the juices however they only shared that when I contacted them. This was sorted eventually and delivered another day.
This time I have had no delivery and an automatic response to my email
What is going on here This is very disappointing

No idea where my order is they gave me a delivered date that was 6 months ago? I’ve asked for a refund

I like the fact that you can choose your preferred delivery date.
Hot shots are absolutely great.
There is one thing I would like to happen going forward: can drivers stop leaving parcels at the front porch? I request a specific date for the shots to be delivered as I know I will be at home. Thank you!

Ordered the 3 day juice cleanse a week ago for delivery last week and still haven’t received my order. I sent a follow up email 24 hours ago and have also heard nothing back. Really disappointing and awful customer service

The taste is really good, especially those that contain ginger. Helps my weight loss.

Service and speed of shipments is great. Flavor of the beverage is terrible! It's bitter and tastes awful -comparable to diner coffee that was on the burner for hours. I added cold foam creamer to make it somewhat palatable but that's loaded with sugar and fat, which I don't want in my diet. If you like awful bitter coffee, you might like it.

lovely staff, great food and overall incredible service. i have coeliac disease and find it really hard to eat out especially in thailand. The staff were super accommodating towards me when i told them and helped me pick something from the menu that i could eat. our server was so so lovely and kind towards us and i couldn’t recommend this place more!

Delicious juices, efficient delivery

I opted to use Daily Dose at a critical point in my health journey. The website was well organized with all the information needed to assist with making decisions.

I have done lots of juice cleanses and tried many different companies and daily dose really is the best quality juice, they also use fruit and veg which is “wonky” and doesn’t get sold by supermarkets which is lovely. They are not full of sugar either so if you are seriously looking for a high quality juice and detox it’s the best. Unfortunately the first time I ordered it arrived later than my friends delivery so we couldn’t start the juice together as planned and I understand it’s the courier but they seemed nonchalant when I enquired a bit frustrated. I decided to try them again because it really is the best juice but this time again it was delayed and when it arrived yesterday it wasn’t even cold, although it was only £195 and not exactly a huge amount of money it feels really disappointing and unfair, myself and the person who was joining me in the juice cleanse have decided we probably shouldn’t have them since it is ambient goods that should be kept cold. On the box it says store at -5 degrees which it absolutely wasn’t and also the courier confirmed receipt of them, didn’t deliver as scheduled the next day and the day after when they came it was 5pm and not cold so I don’t see how something can stay fresh when not chilled and just left like that. I sent an email and there wasn’t a reply and to be honest there is no point in doing it again because I just anticipate the same nonchalance as last time. It’s a shame because it really is the best juice out there but the courier service they are utilising is not effective and let’s it down.

Love this juice and the way it comes packaged is fantastic, it’s cold when it gets delivered and arrives very quickly.
