Very disappointed!! Order was NOT delivered to me at home but left on the floor inside the foyer to the block of flats!!! Fortunately our Caretaker noticed it and brought it to me!

I loved the drinks and would have been a regular customer!! Such a pity!

I can’t comment on the juice as I’ve never received any. Said no signature required but it was and parcel returned to depot half hour away, juices spoilt and order refunded however they didn’t cancel the subscription and used the same courier so same thing I await to see if they will cancel and refund again.

I really like the juices. I went for the bundle so I could try all the juices. I was disappointed to receive an email saying that they weren’t all available so they had sent me more of certain flavours. I would rather have been given the option to wait or to have replacements. I would have waited for them all to be in stock so I could try them all. As I didn’t get the green juice which is the one I most wanted to try I’m not sure about ordering again as I don’t want 12 of one I might not like

I was given a free cold one in the street just now. Packaging is good and product looks inviting, but the taste of ginger and beetroot was overpowering. It lingering on my tongue for ages.
I can see why some might find it interesting but as a ‘juice’ it’s certainly not pressing any buttons for me.

Came with ice packs that didn’t even work which caused the drinks to go of

For 900 ml I thought that this was an expensive product.
Had the label not mentioned Mango I would not have known that there was any present. In my opinion 5% puree is insufficient.
Was the Mango locally grown ?.
I wouldn't buy this again.

I ordered on Tuesday with the option to pick my delivery date. I asked for the following Tuesday but then my tracking said expected Saturday, annoying but not a major issue. However Saturday came and went with no update to the tracking. I emailed Monday as I had not received any updates and was told it would be end of the week, I said I needed them by Thursday so if they cannot deliver for them to cancel the order and they said it would magically be next day. It is now Thursday I have no updates, no delivery and just an email to review my experience.

Discovered through Gails bakery. My son loves the Apple juice. Unfortunately Gails our one said no longer available. Therefore I found the source. Delicious, superfast and cheaper than Gails. Will buy more.

I haven’t received my order yet -I ordered a week ago

So many people get let go for no real reason or they leave because the way they get treated by all management including supervisors

I never received this order, despite having a dispatched email 5 days ago. I’ve had no response from my email asking for an update either.

I placed an order which never arrived, and I had to contact the company myself just to find out what was happening. I was then told that one of the juices was out of stock and that my order would arrive the following Saturday (6 days later), but it still didn’t turn up.

I had to chase them again, only to be told the item was still out of stock. At this point, I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a refund processed.

Overall, a very frustrating experience — poor communication, delays, and no proactive updates. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Simply the best apple juice I have ever tasted in my life (I’m 72). I bought a bottle, just expecting it to be a bit bland like most apple juices, my goodness what a lovely way to be proven wrong. I now only buy this brand. I wouldn’t normally comment on something as mundane as a juice but here I am and it’s simply because it is so good!
