Never worked.
Menu or image review buttons do nothing. No help at all from the supplier

There is no manufacturer called Zooomix
Any mention of Zoomix or ClixTric or Keovy is a scam.
The internet is polluted with fake comparison websites supposedly based in the UK, designed to trick buyers into purchasing what turns out to be totally defective items dropshipped from China.
Do not engage with these scammers in any circumstances!

Camera test on google totally misleading. This states photo quality equal to cameras twice the price

The camera is very poor quality, most cell phones are way better. When I ordered the camera it came from a Canadian city delivered to a Canadian address ,when I went to return the camera it had to be return to a ridiculous hard Chinese address (not back to a Canadian address????) it sat in Customs in China for 4 months then it was lost never returned to the address they said I had to return it to. I have wrote this purchase off , I never receive any money back, please DO NOT PURCHASE from this Company it is a scam!!!! Buy a camera from a well know vendor instead.

Ich vergebe einen Stern, weil ich das machen muss, sonst kann ich keine Bewertung abgeben.
Die Gerätesprache lässt sich nicht auf deutsch umstellen, keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung, deshalb habe ich das Ding nicht mal zum laufen bekommen. Nachdem ich es zurückgeben will soll ich mit 3 % abgespeist werden oder es werden die Kosten der Lieferung und der Kontrolle abgezogen und die Rücksendung geht auf mich. Es bleibt also vom Warenwert nix übrig. Endloser E-Mail Verkehr ohne Ergebnis. Ich habe es jetzt an die Bank gegeben, mit sehr vielen Begründungen und Erklärungen, das ist scheinbar die einzige Möglichkeit um das Geld wieder zu bekommen. Also wartet nicht zu lange dafür gilt eine Frist von 56 Tagen und hebt Euch den Schriftwechsel auf. Ihr müsst begründen warum die Ware noch bei Euch ist.....

Compre esta cámara el 11/09/2025 (pedido 1091) y a día de hoy 30/10/2025 no he recibido nada, el transportista dice que lo ha devuelto(cosa no cierta) y ya he enviado varios mail a zoomix y no he recibido nada.
Pondré una denuncia por estafa en la Guardia Civil y otra en el Gobierno.
Espero que no se rían mas de nosotros.
Además se lo comunicaré a la OCU, que soy socio.

I purchased one of these after reading what appeared to be a genuine review. The website gave the impression that it was a UK company founded by someone called Eleanor. When I became aware that it was a Chinese company I tried to cancel the order but they dispatched it regardless. The camera is not as described and is very low quality. I have notified my credit card company.

Viste le recensioni negative, ma io non ho nulla da segnalare. Ricevuta dalla Cina la macchina fotografica è perfetta e funzionante. Sono veramente soddisfatto.

I'm another that cannot believe I got sucked into buying this camera.
Usually I am very cautious but after searching online for the best value digital camera in my country, a review from a reputable source claimed the Zoomix to be the best entry level camera with capabilities well above its price.
As a result I placed my order.
Out of the box the camera kept crashing and the battery will not hold a charge.
I reached out to Zoomix support via direct mail and their website contact form and of course I've had no response at all.
So it appears this is a scam in the sense that claims made on their website are not true and their "we're here to help, friendly support" is an empty promise.
It's not a lot of money but I feel ripped off.
My advice is, pay a little more for one of the big well known cameras and stay well clear of this brand.

The camera is useless, it does not focus. The company are liars, China not Uk!
They offer a 3% refund!
Do not fall for this scam!!

This is the biggest scam and needs to be reported and removed. It’s a toy camera not fit for purpose. Refund and return has to be chased only to be told all sorts to put you off. I went to my bank and explained all. Sent them copies of the email and got a full refund.
I will always read reviews before purchasing again.

To echo the sentiments of the other reviews, it's a total scam Chinese company impersonating a UK site. I managed to get a refund by informing them I'd be taking further legal action.

To help others get a refund:
1. Email their support page directly (NOT the form on the site)
2. Tell them in plain English that you want to cancel your order (Ensure this is done BEFORE any notification of them shipping it)
3. They will probably offer you a 3% refund and offer to send the product out with that discount. In doing this, they are acknowledging that they have received your request to cancel, and not sent it out yet. Therefore you're completely entitled to a refund.
4. KEEP ALL EMAILS (if you need to contact your bank)

I got my refund this morning (so it works)

Absolute scam. Do not buy from this company. The camera is basically a plastic case. I have repeatedly asked them for the address of their legal representation but they failed to deliver. I have now referred this to the fraud department of my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT CHINESE COMPANY. I paid an extra £ 9.99 for Express shipping which was supposed to be 3 - 5 working days - 4th September - it was eventually delivered on 9th September. It did not comply with many of the advertised specifications and was expremely slow. The camera was not fit for purpose. Luckily my credit card company after I complained has reversed their charge. Their website clearly states they have a warehouse in UK. That is a LIE as mine came from CHINA - I have even offered to return the camera to their UK warehouse but have had NO RESPONSE !!!

This is an extremely cheap camera that is not even useful as a toy. Unable to focus beyond blurred images and the claim it is 4k is a joke.
I thought I was buying a different brand and did not do a review prior to purchase.

Scam. Fake camera. Not a zoomix camera. Don’t purchase from this company

This is a scam. They have falsified everything from reviews to website . The same organisation was selling substandard drone . Do not buy this camera .

Very poor communication. After some research they just get cheap 5 dollar Chinese cameras and sell them for 300. Stolen money from me and won’t communicate for cancellation & refund. Proper theft.

The camera takes 11 seconds to power up. The shutter speed cannot be changed and is too slow. It has annoying beeps when moving the mode dial, which are impossible to turn off, as is the beep when taking a photo. I requested a return address on the 28th of July and have since followed up that request twice more. They are totally ignoring me!

Contacted the “company” twice now for a return. Their policy is 14 days within receiving the item, I’m sure when they finally get back to me it will be after the 14 days so I don’t get a full refund. So many dishonest companies out there. It’s very hard to trust. I’m still waiting to hear back on a return.
