The most horrible experience ever….

No phone numbers work and if they do they don’t call you back… all Aust stores are closed down.. they lie all the time about everything…,they string you along… no one replies to emails and when they finally do they don’t address the questions you have, or resolve the problem!
They make false promises and don’t deliver… it took 5 months to get a refund and only because I was persistent!!! They try to wear you down so you just walk away!!
The worst service ever!!! Not an enjoyable experience… all they did was cause me stress…

At one stage I tried to get another order with my outstanding money owing, so I wouldn’t loose my money, but they wouldn’t send me a credit to use, so I couldn’t place an order, so I threatened to go to consumer affairs and I received a call and was told to deal with her.. So I tried to order through her and it was such a run around… she would say yes we can order it for you, but never put the order through and I had to keep contacting her week after week about putting my order through!?
Then after all that time they sent me a gift voucher to use, but I couldn’t use it at that stage, as I wanted to purchase the tulip kaftan in the longer style, so it was a special order that they agreed to do for me and they knew very well they had to put that order through for me, as I couldn’t do it online.
Have you ever heard anything more absurd??? I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and unethical service in my life.
So, I finally got a refund because I threatened to go to consumer affairs and go on tv to expose them, if the money was not in my account by the end of the week! So They gave me the refund!!
I can’t believe it had to go that far for them to do the right thing, which should have been done automatically and without asking in the first place.
I told them I would never shop there again!!
The lady I spoke to on the phone told me she kept getting the run around from the factory in India about my order and that she couldn’t authorise any refunds or credits and had to deal with the finance team to get it done… such an unorganised company… who is the customer supposed to talk to then, to get the correct customer service at czarina… I don’t know if she was passing the buck, or if she has been put in the deep end to just deal with the customers who dare to push back… but either way, it’s disgusting and unacceptable!
I went on their website to leave a review and they deleted the existing reviews, which weren’t good and removed that option!!! Gee I wonder why???
All the reviews I see now are the same as mine or worse, as many have not received their products or refunds. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
I wish I looked at the reviews first, but I thought it was trust worthy being an Aust company that’s been around for a while!! I won’t make that mistake again!!

I have not yet heard from a manager or the owner to apologise, or to try to rectify (not give excuses) but to rectify this unacceptable experience I had with them!! They have no idea how to run a business or how to treat customers!!!
So now I will let everyone know about my horrific experience with them and try to deter anyone else from ever having to go through the same experience, by not shopping with CZARINA!!!

They are very difficult to communicate with
There does not appear to be a contact number in Australia
I wanted a refund but was denied this as they had applied a discount to my purchase so I used part of the credit note and have now lost $84 because I didn’t use that from a$260 initial purchase-they have stolen this from me
A complete rip off company

Others have reported the owner to the a ACCC I suggest others put in complaints
The owner of Czarina is the most dishonest person I have had dealings with she has been ripping people off for years.
I placed a pre order a very expensive kaftan and long kimono well nearly $2000 when they arrived they where miles to big so I returned via Australia post due to price I paid insurance.
After weeks at first she replied with pitiful excuse we I had not received around.
Very long story short she eventually cut me off and no refund I could not even get store credit. It was life fraud and theft.
There were so many complaints on her Facebook page she had to remove them.
She appears to have taken down her social media pages.

I feel sorry for anyone who has has dealings this criminal.

Buyer beware you cannot contact company if you want a return or if faulty. Do not buy from this company

Have taken my order. No delivery! No email response! Yet this company is still offering products! Still selling! How can they get away with this?!

I have made a purchase, my order hasn’t been sent, phone numbers are disconnected and all emails etc have been ignored. I wish I had read reviews before making the purchase.

The company that ghosts you. 4.5 weeks and still crickets. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE IN STORE. Purchased dress for an occasion which has been and gone. This company should be accountable for their lack of service and communication. BUYER BEWARE.

Hello everyone, I ordered a dress and came in four days I was happy with it, the second dress I ordered it’s for my birthday and it’s not here yet …, 9 days now and there is no phone Nr ? I send an email and they told me it will come in two weeks? And now I have to look somewhere else to buy another dress from somewhere else? I’m very upset and frustrated !!!!

Early September, 2024 i made an online purchase of a dress for an upcoming event.

In the order confirmation email it stated there would be delays in delivery. Given this, i patiently waited for an update that never eventuated.
Three weeks later i contacted them seeking an update on my order. I was advised that i would receive the order by the following week. On the Sunday prior to the commencement of that week i received a communication advising as the dress was out of stock i would receive a refund. However, the refund received was not the full amount incurred. I immediately advised them of their failings in respect to same with no response. I have sought remedy from Paypal and with my Bank for rectification of this issue.

As per previous complaints i also note it seems their Australian stores have closed and telephone options are no longer in existent.

Given the above i will also make enquiries with Consumer Protection as a customer who has not received a product should receive their monies returned in full.

I note the business is still registered notwithstanding the above and ironically i continue to receive emails offering discounts which i will be ignoring.

I ordered a dress online with espress post, after a week I had no updates on ny order so I emailed. Recived a call from Zula at Sydney warehouse advising my dress was coming from international.i was under the belief it was from sunshine coast or Sydney as per website.Zula then said they had other styles , sent me pics via text and non were suitable so I request a refund as I paid express becuase I needed it by a certain time and was told to email a refund request.I did and have sent 4 email since with. No reponse, the dresses are high price point but don't expect good customer service .I feel like I've been scammed out of $200!! Cannot afford this as I afterpaid so I could have a beautiful dress.Defiantly not a great experinace, very disspointed ...

Have previously bought instore at Birkenhead Point and bought online... love their clothes, but they are clearly out of business and not telling anyone as both of their stores have closed yet they still list them on their websites. You can't speak to them (the phone numbers don't exist) or get an email response. Still they send multiple weekly emails offering discounts and new products.. I'm so grateful that before ordering I called the sunshine coast plaza centre management to ask why the phone didn't work and that's when i discovered the stores were gone. i tried endlessly to get in touch but thankfully did not order and do my dough... Order at your peril!

I ordered a dress on-line as I have done previously. I got an email confirmation of the order (placed 1st August) but nothing further. After waiting 3 weeks I tried to contact them to get an update. None of the phone numbers were answering and the shop at Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore is vacant. Fortunately I made the payment of $299 through PayPal who also tried to make contact with them - obviously without success - because I received a full refund. I am still getting regular emails from them offering discounts etc.

I ordered a $399 dress from website. I had tried a small size in store and decided to order an XS size. When it arrived, it was way too big and the quality of print and fabric was very synthetic and nasty. I emailed them several times, no reply, website said to send the garment so sent it to returns address in Sydney, Aus Post said the address doesn't exist! I called and the phone number on the website is a disconnected number. Don't order anything online from them. Now I have no dress and no refund. Only shop in the store where you can see what you are buying.

Super unhappy purchased the garments and no reference once purchased its been months and no goods. After calling them they respond on a voice mail to approach via email which i have done several times and no response! Pretty poor!

This update is being written on 15/9/24......I cannot seem to change the date of review below!

After much messing around, emails back and forth, promises of my refund being forthcoming.....NOTHING!

Items were returned, in their original packaging and having never been taken out of same, AND received by this SO CALLED BUSINESS on 19/8.

Australia Post tracking confirms this, as has this "business"!!!!!
I am still emailing and attempting to receive a refund just shy of $400.

No responses save their accountant works only on a Wednesday and that it shall be addressed, "thank you for your patience"!

They did email once to query why I am so concerned about this issue.....SERIOUSLY!

This is bordering on THEFT! I paid for these items in April, they have now had them, for close to a month, as well as my money.... but no refund no apology no anything!

So I don't have any leverage, now the items have been returned and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND which they STATED WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE!

JUST DISGUSTED! They should not be allowed to hold a business nor company license to operate in Australia or indeed anywhere!

As they now have the returned items and my money.....next step will be interesting............

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews! I wish there was a negative number I could place, instead of a 1 !! I ordered and paid for 3 pieces to make a suite in the "Heart Forever" pattern on 11/4/24. Which is very distinctive pattern hence ONE NEEDS the leggings to make it work. Did receive 2 items, but still awaiting the matching leggings! After numerous emails I received a refund for the price of the leggings! Which is not what I required. If the item could not be delivered I required a FULL REFUND for all 3 items and would return the unworn/unpackaged top and cape I had here already. Apology after apology, excuse after excuse for the delay etc and they will be here next week or the week after or the week after that! After so long and so many emails, to which there has been no response. I made it clear YET AGAIN to this so called business that I do not want the 2 items I have here BUT a refund of $359 odd and a return address to send items I have received and remain in their original packaging. Apparently times are tough, she is a single mother, it is customs etc etc. The fact that emails or any form of contact are pretty much ignored, in the hope I go away, is not going to happen. I agree with the person who referred to the ACCC!

Lovely dresses, great prints, colours and embelishments. Very good customer service.

I ordered a dress for $899 on the 28/5, to date I have not received the dress. It’s been 3 weeks, called Maroochydore store 1 week
Ago, spoke to Kelly who was going to call their office to enquire about my order, still no response. First time purchaser, biggest mistake. 5 messages sent via online and still no response. I will be lodging through ACCC a complaint as well as google review, I will look into legal proceedings as this is a joke . This company has zero customer service.

I have been waiting for my refund for three weeks now.
Buyer beware. You need to pay to post the item back to Sydney.
Customer service email is overseas and and all I get is, well look into this and get back to you.
Sydney phone number goes unanswered.
Still waiting for my refund.
