Cycle Exchange Omdömen

Top service and quality bikes

Very friendly and helpful

Enquired online about a bike I was interested in, when I went in on the Saturday it was ready for a test ride! Bike had already been prepared and serviced, the in store members were very helpful and even using a Cycle2Work voucher the purchase was straightforward! Loving the new ride!

Bike description spot on, delivery and explanation great as the guy knew all about bikes. Experience as hoped for and not disappointed. No concerns to do it again

I had a problem and it was sorted very quickky by josh, world class customer service.

Excellent communication with Cycle Exchange, everything was clear and all questions quickly answered.

Bike was exactly as described.

The process of trading in my bicycle for a newer one went really smoothly. A quick email with photos of my bike and I had a firm quotation. The new bike was delivered and the collection of mine was done on the same visit by their courteous and knowledgeable representative. Really happy with my 2024 Specialized Sl7 expert 👍

Accurate description
Good Value for money vs new
Good delivery and well packaged
Bike was in top condition when delivered

Had such a great experience at The Cycle Exchange in Kingston. Max was incredibly helpful and patient☺️ I spent a few hours in there trying different bikes and never felt rushed or pressured. They even brought different bikes out from the warehouse for me to test and offered to swap the handlebars, and fit my pedals for me. I came away with a new Orro bike and couldn’t be happier. As someone who isn’t super knowledgeable about bikes, they made the whole process really easy and answered every question. Friendly, attentive service from start to finish, would 100% recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great opportunity to test the bike before purchase and wide range of options.
Unfortunately, the bike I chose, while was checked in store before handing over to me, had a loud squeaky sound from the start. Sent the videos to CycleExchange, they offered me to come back for them to fix it but as it was a long drive for me, I fixed the brake pad in the local store.

excellent level of service and communication,
highly recomended.

Had great experience with trading in my old bike for something newer and more premium. The trade in pricing was competitive and it did take the hassle of selling my old ride out of the equation. I'll be back.

Excellent experience! I ordered and received the bike, hand-delivered very professionally. Sadly, I then found another bike at my local bike shop that I preferred and went for that. Cycle Exchange were great about it and sorted out a return collection. Can’t fault them!

The staff were great and couldn’t do enough to help. The young lady was very educated on the tech, supportive of my lack of experience any gave me a full opportunity to try out the bikes as many times as I needed with no pressure to buy. Perfect sales support which resulted in me buying the most expensive bike on offer.

Recently bought second used bike from them and servicing of my first bike. Had a series of modifications to the bike, including switching wheels, handle bar, chain, and parts to my old wheel set. Both bike purchase and parts changes all handled professionally and on time. Highly recommended.

All bikes are top notch and high quality. Although my bike was pre owned it was like a brand new one. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Todd the mechanic was also extremely helpful. You can probably get your dream bike here, at a price within your budget? I won't be buying a new bike again thanks to Cycle Exchange.

Good selection - I recommend going into the store -staff very helpful and it's nice to see the stock, although I might have spent more if I have gone in..!

I can't stress enough how positive an experience I had with Cycle Exchange throughout my purchase with them. They were super helpful and supportive when I was doing my research and considering which bike to purchase (not pushing me to spend more money uneccessarily) right through to delivery and pick up of my purchase. They were also super helpful and accommodating with some slight complications I had with my Cycle 2 Work scheme, making sure the process was smooth and easy.

I can't recommend them enough if you are looking to purchase a new bike!

Great experience very professional people they help me to chose my bike and advise
Me I really apreciate their support and help definitely come back to them if I need a new bike

Quick responses. Delayed delivery whilst I was on holiday. Made bike2work nice and easy. Bike sent as described and well packaged.
