A long time ago I deposited 2000€ on my account on this website. I played and won money. When I wanted to withdraw, I had to do extra verification out of nowhere. I did this as it was said, but they kept postponing everything. After multiple complaints they blocked my account and Ignore my mails!?! I've been stolen from!! If they would just let me withdraw as they should, I would even bet with 10.000€ so I don't understand why they do this.

Mi cuenta fue bloqueda por acusación por parte de ustedes de tener múltiples cuentas.

He pedido en varias oportunidades que me manden los respaldos de esa acusación.

Vuelvo a solicitarlo por esta vía y por favor evitar responder con lo siguiente. "Con base en datos internos obtenidos por medios técnicos, se reveló el uso de las mismas direcciones IP en cuentas existentes. Como resultado de la auditoría, se decidió suspender la prestación del servicio. Estas acciones se basan en los T&C's vigentes de nuestro servicio, con los que el usuario estuvo de acuerdo al registrar cuentas".

Se necesita que me envíen a mi correo personal estos resultados y respaldos de la auditoria que dicen se realizo.

Deben entender que las acusaciones deben ser respaldas si no es solo un fraude el que están haciendo.

Quedo a la espera de la documentación de respaldo.
