They closed my account and steal all money without any reason. They wrote some lies that I broke the rules, but it's a pure lie.

I played with over 100 bookmakers and such situation happened me for the 1st and I hope the last time.

Everyone who sees this, stay away from them, they are pure thieves.

I deposited 100 euro, played a few bets, winning/losing, when I reached about 200 euro I tried to withdraw.
My withdrawal was declined, they wrote that they want to verify my account, my account was already verified a couple of months ago.
I had to send them a selfie with my ID and cyberbet account. I did it.
In the meantime my money was back in my cyberbet account, so I still playing, got over 300 euro, then I won another two bets, but they cancelled it with no reason...
So I stopped playing and patiently waited to verify my account and then to withdraw.
Then they wrote that my selfie was not clearly visible, that's a lie but ok, I sent another one.
The same story, not clearly visible, I asked which part is not visible and they wrote many times same story, document must to be clear visible again and again.
Finally, they closed my account because in their opinion I broke some they rules, which is a pure lie.
After a few weeks when I wrote to them by email and live chat they sent me 12 euros....
So they steal from me over 300 euros in general.

I deposited 100 euros, earned over 300.
About fraud accusations I won't even write back, there is no sense....
You want to end this right? Send me my money back and we are done, otherwise you are just lying thieves.

Ciberbet mala pagina de juegos (si quieren les recomiendo una buena y confiable), Cyberbet no valida los bonos y cuando quieres hacer un retiro pone muchas trabas y verificaciones de cuentas y al final sin solución, deposite usando bonos y ninguno se activo y al hacer el reclamo no tienen escusas mas que no saben que paso. Pagina no recomendada definitivamente.

Despues de mas de dos meses me pago, ahora esperar como se comporta con los pagos venideros. Le subo una estrella esperando como vamos en el proximos.

La plataforma es muy intuitiva, los juegos muy estables. En generar me gusta la plataforma, pero la experiencia al momento de rerirar hace pensar que es estafa. Ya que desde el 8 de febrero estoy peocesando mi primer retiro y nada. Me dice que espere. Hace unos dias me escribieron que se procesaria el 8 de marzo y estamos a 9 y seguimos en las mismas. Ya me estoy resignando a perder lo ganado y lo invertido y el esfueso que se pone al momento de jugar. Muy buen servicio de soporte, pero mala credibilidad o palabra ppr eso le doy dos estrellas, ya esperar si ese retiro sale algun dia.

Complete scam. Impossible to get you rmoney out. They ask you to verify your users and give say you have broken their policy etc. STAY AWAY! I lost 1.300 Euros!!

estava com problemas na verificação da conta, mas a equipe me mandaram outro link para verificação e eu consegui concluir a verificação.

Após abrir minha conta, realizar um depósito e encaminhar meus documentos que FORAM VALIDADOS em apenas um dia, tive algumas apostas ganhas e, para minha surpresa, ao tentar realizar um saque fui informado que deveria realizar uma "validação adicional" que demora "alguns dias" (qual a diferença da primeira análise?)... Observem que muitos passaram por isso e não conseguiram sacar (vide o site Reclame Aqui)... Por hora, não seja mais um enganado... Se um dia me pagarem, eu volto aqui para compartilhar nesse mesmo post...

Ya me depositaron es muy bueno eso si se tardó seis días primero tres días en verificar y otros tres días en volver hacer mi retiro pero si me depositaron el dinero ejej jejeBueno le doy un 4 solo por qué me verifico mi cuenta pero gane 90.000 y aún no recibo mi retiro de dinero hise el retiro el 15 de febrero ah las 16:41 y con hoy día son 3 días hábiles del retiro y la verdad aún no me depositaron creo que si es una estafa no cambiaré mi opinión hasta que me depositen lo ganado mi papá es abogado y si no me depositan pondré cargos a la página por qué es injusto que no te depositen lo ganado aún sigo esperando ojalá me depositen para hoy oh mañana ya que yo contaba con ese dinero para comprarme cosas y seguir apostando pero no veo que me ayan depositado aún por el momento sigue siendo una estafa

Stay way of this scammers. I deposit 500 euros, played several games and lost half of my initial deposit. I requested a withdrawal of the remaining balance, but they cancelled that request. They asked me for additional information, which i sent. Three weeks have already past and no answer from their verification department. And every time that i went to their chat, the operators always say that the issue will be solve in the next 24 hours. Stay way of this Scammers.

2 years ago i lost around 4000 E on this website after that won around 12,000 E u know what they have done to me they made my life terrible i needed to create a legalized webmoney account, i did after that each transaction i got was maximum 1000 e and of course needed 1 month for each transaction and after withdrawing my loses they blocked me and closed my account for no reason with a total money of almost 9000 e inside. please guys don't bet here when u win they will not give u anything

Una estafa esta página, no gasten su tiempo y dinero aquí, cuando ganas te piden mucha documentación que se demoran mucho tiempo en verificar , y después cuando está todo enviado me bloquearon por tener 2 cuentas, lo que no sucede en mi caso, había leído casos así anteriormente y me pasó lo mismo

Llevo casi un mes tratando de retirar un dinero que gane, me han echo verificar 4 veces mi carnet y otras 3 cosas más y al momento de retirar el dinero salen que debo enviar más documentos.

Hello.. also 1 star is a lot for this scammers !
I played at them , won and after limited . When i wanted to withdraw they frozen my account for 6 months for nothing , all documents was sent and verified my account .
After 6 months contacted them and they refused to pay me my winnings and gaved me back just deposit , really shame .
As i seen lot of comment and reviews always they “find” something to not pay winnings , STAY AWAY for this scammers !!!
