Terrible Customer Service
I have been using the site for several months.
I have no experience with the withdrawal process or the KYC process as I have not won anything substantial after depositing a couple thousand dollars.
that aside, I have had the rudest customer service experience that I have ever experienced with any online casino on this site.
"Choi" was condescending, rude and did not read my messages. I was accused of behavior I was not exhibiting. The customer service representative then promptly close the chat before I could explain or defend myself.
Even though I had pre-emptively explained why I had been in chat several times (I was having Internet issues and could not see the chat responses and kept getting bumped out of chat).
I do not feel comfortable depositing here any longer.
I am surprised and disappointed.
I have sent an email with screenshots of the chat explaining the situation.
Will update accordingly if there is a resolution.

I am writing this review after spending more than a week trying to resolve a serious issue privately with Bitcasino / YoloGroup.
Information connected to my player profile and VIP activity was disclosed outside the company. I have since obtained sufficient grounds to conclude that the source was internal.
This is not only a question of privacy — this concerns trust, confidentiality, and potentially serious failures regarding customer data handling.
I immediately reported the issue to Bitcasino.
More than a week later, I still have not received:
* a clear explanation of what happened,
* accountability,
* confirmation regarding scope,
* meaningful updates,
* or any proposal aimed at restoring trust.
Only repeated “we are investigating” responses.
As a long-term high-level VIP player, I trusted this company with sensitive information connected to my activity. Today I am left dealing with uncertainty regarding what exactly was disclosed, who may have access to it, and whether further misuse is possible.
People underestimate the consequences of these situations. Once information leaves internal systems, customers are exposed to risks ranging from profiling and targeted approaches to fraud attempts, manipulation and other forms of misuse.
The psychological aspect matters too. I should not have to question whether information related to my activity has been circulated outside the platform I trusted.
What shocks me equally is the response afterwards: despite the seriousness of the issue and despite my long-standing VIP status, there has been no serious attempt to resolve the matter, no remediation proposal, and no discussion regarding compensation for the risks and distress caused.
If confirmed as a breach of confidentiality obligations and applicable data protection requirements, including GDPR-related responsibilities, the implications are substantial.
At this stage, I am preparing legal action and reviewing further escalation options with external counsel.
The original issue is serious. The lack of urgency afterwards made it worse.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bitcasino / YoloGroup from a trust, privacy or customer protection perspective.

I registered 2 days ago and voluntarily completed KYC. Played a lot last night—lost some, won some back—ending slightly down. This morning I got a message saying MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST WAS DENIED… except I never requested one. With 2FA enabled, I know nobody else did either.
I went to live chat and was told to email the security team. In a case like this, I’d expect them to reach out to me proactively. Instead, they sent me another KYC link—same ID + live face video I had already done, but from a different provider. After completing it, I emailed them to confirm my account was fine. No reply.
Tried requesting a withdrawal just to check if my account was functional—denied. Support told me (again) to email security as I have LIMITATIONS ON MY ACCOUNT. That was 10 hours ago… still no response.
