There was a slight issue or misunderstanding rather with my deposit/bonus but customer service was quick to act and fixed it right up for me. I won a little but put it back. Ain’t that how it always goes lol but I can definitely see me winning here in the future. I give this bitcasino a 5 star rating :)

So I deposited $55 and the bonus made it $110 balance and went to gates of Olympus and change the bet to $1 and hit spin. Then I hit spin 109 more times and I had $0. There is nothing about that that is fair or equates to anywhere near the 96% RTP. That is rigged gaming and that is theft. Anyone saying this site is legitimate is a liar. These are thieves preying on people assuming they are gambling. 110 straight losing spins? Right.... Your children must be proud of you. Praying for tragedy for all of you.

On monday, I created an account on their website and started playing roulette. After I while I deposited 15.7mBtc and was lucky enough to double it. After playing a while I decided to withdraw some funds to my wallet but it was declined. They requested me to complete the KYC process twice. I provided everything they asked for. Eventually they emailed me asking if I have another account. but I don't. What would be the point or benefit of creating multiple accounts?

This is clearly wrong, I have not used any double-spend techniques. I've been in other casino website for a while and I always play after my deposit is confirmed on network.

Now they disabled my account and took all my money

Deposit and withdrawals work. But do not use. Customer service isn't a thing to bitcasino. Everything works but your just a number to them and the customer service won't be helpful in supporting you though issues.

First time depositor to this site. I unfortunately made the mistake of sending from an exchange. The exchange sent 42 usdt on a wrong eth chain. While this is the only deposit to this address. Support will neither assist with retrieving the funds no supply the private key for the address so I can retrieve them my self. Furthermore the initial wager requirement is based on the actual amount you deposit so the larger the deposit the higher amount you’ll have to wager. If you manage to get through the first wager requirement and unlock the reward. You then have to wager the reward X30. Which in the case of the $2500 reward offered is $75,000 worth of wagering.

I should also add that if you play table games only 20% of your bet counts towards wagering requirements which is ludicrous in comparison to other online casinos.

I didn’t deposit a great deal so I’m not overly upset about my experience but I would recommend not using this casino as they are using false advertising and bonus information to garner business. At the very least I demand my money back (since I have not lost it). I have read that more users have had something similar happen to them. We demand answers.

I am still waiting for an answer, and a solution. The only thing I want is to get my money back, if the account with which I have deposited money for some reason is not correct for them, I am fine with them not letting me play, or not giving me the deposit. But it is of scammers that they take my money, or block it after winning only.
