Very easy to order! I called up to check on delivery and stock availability, told them where, when and a desired time I needed them to deliver and they organised it all perfectly. I thought my order was quite small, and yet they had no problem with meeting my needs.

On delivery, the lad asked where I needed the PIR and OSB boards, dropped down his fork lift and placed it exactly where I wanted it no fuss! He even seemed delighted it was an uphill driveway for a change. Polite staff both on the phone and on delivery.

Will happily order again should I ever need to.

Was delivered 9 insulation sheets late 2.5 hours then expected and 6 sheets was damaged, it's ridiculous. Not recommended to everyone

Fantastic prices, couldn't fault the service speed and communication. The delivery driver was fantastic, he went above and beyond. I wasn't in when he delivered, but he called to discuss where to leave it, wrapped everything up nice and dry with rain forecast so the insulated plasterboard wasn't damaged. Absolutely brilliant service and commendation to him.
