Rock solid steel fruit cage
I was looking for a steel fruit cage and Firsttunnels cage was half the price of all the others I reviewed. The poles are all steel and when you put the corner braces the structure is rock solid. The instruction videos were really helpful and nothing was complicated. A really satisfying project. One minor downer, the door catch is just a bit of velcro which is difficult to tie one handed (I can only use one arm)

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, competitive pricing and swift delivery, well packaged and protected. I have returned to this company a few times for different projects and have no hesitation in recommending them. I bought the new cover, on this occasion, rather earlier than we were ready to use it, hence delay in review, but as expected we encountered no problems whatsoever with the product.

Absolutely top notch service from start to finish and a cracking polytunnel. I made an amendment to my initial order, which was dealt with immediately. I was unsure if I needed ventilation at both sides and was clearly told no Di to the size - I’m sure other companies would just have said yes and taken my money!
The installation team did an amazing job and the tunnel is absolutely stunning and will probably outlast me.
Overall a quality product from a quality company at a very reasonable price.

Excellent quality and service!
I purchased a 30ft x14ft poly tunnel from First Tunnels and arranged for them to erect it. Two nice young men arrived on the day scheduled for the work to be done and erected it over two days.
They did a very professional job.
The poly tunnel is excellent and looks really professional. No leaks and is not affected by heavy winds. A great company to deal with.
We were so pleased with the company that we just purchased a fruit cage. Good quality products competitively priced!

The most random parts were missing
The most random parts were missing, however it would have been more hassle to speak to customer service than it is to just buy them myself, I really expected better especially for the price!! It hasn’t stopped me but it’s not really good enough, no wonder the delivery driver told us he hadn’t delivered many of them over the recent years, I can see why.

First Tunnels received my order one day and it would have been delivered the next, by DHL, but they wouldn’t deliver because our track is an unmade up road, but it is hard.
I would recommend First Tunnels for efficiency and quick response. I did not say the same for DHL!!

Perfect product
I was looking for replacement polytunnel sheeting and used this site to buy it.
Fantastic that they have a sheet size calculator on there site which saved me a lot of head scratching trying to work out what I needed.
Delivered on time, packed perfectly and I have to say the sheeting is perfect, good gauge and strong, especially as it can be quite windy where I live.
