I was looking for a quick turnaround for a car I purchased from the UK to Ireland. Firstly I spoke to Natasha and she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Then I spoke to Paula who was equally knowledgeable and with great communication. its very hard to find a company these days with staff like these 2 ladies, thats why I have given 5 stars. Thanks again.

The rules for importing a vehicle from the UK to Ireland are extremely confusing but Norma and Paula provided highly responsive and knowledgeable support with navigating the system. Even though I knew I was eligible for an exemption, the process was so complex I probably would have given up without their expert help.

Incredible service. Register, hand over your documents and thats it. Wait until its complete - Which was done in 24 hours!! I was expecting this to be a nightmare as with everything related to this area in Ireland. It wasnt and Natasha was amazing!

Very confusing process importing a car from the UK, customsdeclaration.ie were great at every stage of the process, I rang before I purchased the car for information and was given clear instructions. They handled all the paperwork and car is now ready to be VRT'd

I brought my bike from the UK to Ireland, I'm super glad I got help from Customs Declaration.

Their communication from the very start was excellent: lots of clear information and a really efficient back-and-forth throughout. I dealt mainly with Paula and Patrick, and when Revenue came back with an initial refusal, they pushed back and appealed on my behalf, which is what turned things around and got my Transfer of Residence approved.
