Do not order from this website.
I waited over 5 weeks for a hoody which then turned out to be the wrong item. Various emails have been sent back and forth just to prove I was sent the wrong item. I requested a refund, initially they offered me 10% refund on the wrong item and a 40% discount on my next purchase in which I declined. They've asked me again if they can send me the correct item. They have done everything to avoid refunding me despite the issue being with them. The quality of the item I was sent is awful. The jumper is very thin, sizing is off and quality of printing is poor. With the amount of emails it has taken to resolve this issue I'm starting to think the whole website is a scam.

Do not order from this company!!
The sell cheap products and the price point does not reflect the quality.
I paid £43 for a hoodie with a cocker spaniel print on it. The hoodie I have received is not worth anywhere near that it’s very thin and not worth the costs.
When I reached out to arrange a refund I was met with constant messages from customer service using forceful language telling me to accept offers of a 5% refund and money off a next order. After a lot of back and forth I ended up just admitting defeat and accepting a % refund as the address they kept giving me wasn’t registering with my local courier for a return.
I would advise not to order hoodies from this company as they are not worth the money and hassle.

Refused to honour their own policies re: cancelling order

Their website say you can get a FULL refund if you cancel within 24 hours. I did not realise the company was based in China and knew shipping times would be long and product quality wouldn't be great so i cancelled my order within 5 minutes of making it.

They responded saying I would be charged 20% for costs they have incurred. I pointed out the website policy but they just refused to honour their own written policy. What shocking customer service.

Stay well away!!!! After waiting 2 weeks for any sort of shipping details. Once I threatened to cancel my order. My order suddenly shipped. But to my surprise it was being shipped from china. These items are in fact not handmade as they claim but are just more drop shipping crap. After doing a bit more digging into Customs (not) cool it appears it’s all done in factory same as Temu or SHEIN but for 3X the price. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Easy ordering

Like talking to a brick wall

Creative t-shirts, but half my order were wrong. They sent the wrong product and when I asked for a refund they said no. They could resend it when it was back in stock was what they offered. When I then asked if I could order something else instead because I didnt need that exact tshirt anymore they said no. I could choose to get the t-shirt I had ordered or nothing at all. I would also have to pay taxes again and the cost of taking the t-shirt into my country. Meaning they did the mistake, and I had to pay extra.

I’m never ordering from this place again and if this keeps you from ordering as well it would bring be great happyness!

And: yes, the tshirts are fine (if i get them) but you cant wash them with any other clothes. I were stupid to wash one green t-shirt with clothes and everything got a green vibe. White text on a black shirt were suddenly green…

I hope this business go out of business if they don’t start fixing their own mistakes in a better way.

If my daughter did not want this sweatshirt for Christmas, when I noticed you asking for a tip, I would have cancelled my order and never returned to your site. Maybe you should award me a tip because I ordered from your website!! I am just as deserving of a tip for my effort as well if tipping for breathing is the new protocol.

Very disappointed

Long order time. When it arrives, the tshirt was huge. The website states unisex but in my view it isn’t. Two bags came: one with frayed edging and one with a dirty mark. I was offered various discounts 10-30% on future orders but this did not change the issue with my order. I wanted an exchange or return and was told that I would incur huge fees for postage so this not an option either. I do not have any confidence in this company that they will honour an exchange if I go through the effort of postage and packing so I am left with three items that are not useable. Very disappointed, and would recommend to avoid

Awful

Awful. I ordered 2 photographer shirts 8 weeks ago, I received one REFEREE t shirt after 6 weeks and it’s taken 2 weeks of emails just for them to acknowledge this is not the t shirt I ordered. Apparently my t shirts are on the way but who knows? Barely an apology and it feels like to emails are from bots? Complete scam. AVOID!
