DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A FAKE COMPANY - THEY DO NOT SELL ANY OF THE GOODS YOU ARE PURCHASING. When you contact customer service, you’ll be fobbed off with messages saying your order has been shipped so can’t be cancelled or refunded, they’ll send fake parcel tracking links to put you off making a claim. It’s a scam.

Clothes are from thin cheap material, not worht the money they are asking for this.

It took more than a month to arrive. Clothing doesent look like on pictures, material feels and looks cheap. If you think it is nice warm hoody, no chance, material is tin as a t-shirt. Would never order online custom clotnig from this company again.

BEWARE they will not cancel order even within 24 hr window listed on website

Website clearly states order can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours. Email request sent within hours of realizing I ordered the wrong thing. Company sent an email stating they could not cancel the order. UNACCEPTABLE!

Avoid cheap China poor quality

Avoid, appalling cheap China manufacturing. Jumper arrived finally after 24 days, printing on back as shown in images but that's where it ends. Material is SO thin it's more like a heavyweight t-shirt, seams aren't finished properly and cuffs already showing signs of wear. For £43 plus shipping you could get 4 £10 Temu jumpers that would be of better quality. Go on Etsy and find something properly custom that's worth your money.

No shipping or tracking given

I placed an order with this company on the 12 of December. No shipping time was given at checkout but I had wrongly assumed that it would be delivered within 2 weeks ready for christmas. I have had no tracking or shipping updates and when emailed, granted they emailed back promptly, I was told it was still in production and that they will get it sent off as soon as possible. Now I still haven't had any updates, will clearly not be here in time for christmas. And if not recieved by the 27th ill be asking for a refund because this is a bit ridiculous.

the company is inept

The website said it delivers in 7-15 days. I ordered the $80 overpriced hoodie at a friend's request for Secret Santa on the 6th of December, for the event on the 26th. It's the 23rd of December, and the item is now 17 days past the ordering date. I need to get it to my recipient in 3 days.

I emailed customer service, but the rep kept sending me a tracking link. The latest message from the rep said it will be delivered in 4-6 days, so it would be late and therefore useless. There was no offer of compensation either. C'mon, I don't need to know where the item is. I need to understand why it isn't delivered on time and whether they can deliver the product more quickly. I'm not even sure the tracking website is real at this point.

It turns out they're late on everyone's Christmas order, even when they ordered a month early, because this company doesn't know or doesn't care about how to manage their logistics. They're also too greedy to pause accepting payments on new orders they won't be able to handle.

If you're going to do drop shipping and mark prices up so high, at least do it efficiently or face the consequences of bad business practices (i.e. poor customer reviews). But now...they delete any negative customer comments on Instagram and Facebook, showing an unwillingness to change.

It's straightforward. As a company, you must 1) Apologize. 2) Offer a refund or partial discount on future items. 3) Offer an explanation. It's handling a complaint 101. In this day and age, the company can even use Generative AI to tell them what to do.

The company is so incompetent that it's funny.

Placed an order 12/12/25 after multiple Instagram adverts. No communication from the company. No notice of delayed production/delivery. Questioned customer service who advised it was due to me ordering “too late”. They have now advised they’ve shipped today after questioning them. I doubt this is true and doubt I’ll receive the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Would never order again

Item took over 4 weeks to arrive. Colour of item is different to the image online, poor quality material for the price I paid, sizing is inaccurate after being advised by the site to size up which I did. I emailed for the second time after 23 days and was told to wait 3-5 days in which is still did not arrive. Would never order from them again.

Avoid this company. Shocking service

This company is quite shocking. I placed an order on 15.12.25 with no indication as to delivery time, if my order has been been processed nor am I able to track it. I had sent an email to the so called 'customer service' email with no response. I have now demanded that my order be cancelled immediately as well requesting that i receive a full refund. This is one of the poorest services and i am 99% convinced that this is a scam. Avoid.

Ho fatto l'ordine il 13 dicembre e ad oggi il pacco non risulta neanche spedito. Inoltre mi sono fatto convincere ad acquistare la spedizione veloce ma nulla il pacco risulta ancora non spedito. Se entro 48 ore la situazione resterà invariata presenterò denuncia alla polizia postale.

A failed drop shipping business

Ordered for Christmas like everyone else hoping that it would come in time and I’ve been told my order is still being ‘processed’. Baring in mind I ordered this on 12.12.25. Clearly this is a drop shipping business who cannot handle the genuine orders in time because their warehouse isn’t local. Absolutely diabolical. I’ve asked to have my order cancelled seen as it’s still processing and they’ve refused, absolute disappointment just don’t bother.
