Ridiculous quality, poor service and extremely delayed delivery

Ordered on 2nd December and only just arrived on 15th January - quality of the products are not as advertised with the hoody being ridiculously thin and more akin to a long sleeved tshirt alongside the colours being massively different to the site (I know colours can differ slightly from what's displayed online but this is next level)
I reached out to customer support multiple times as this was supposed to be a Christmas present and each time, I was told to wait a little longer (communication is not clear or consistent and that's if you even get a reply!)

Do yourself a favour and don't even bother, quality of the products are not worth the prices they charge.

Awful

Awful! Save yourself the stress & money. Quality of the hoody is tragic, product images on website are misleading and looks nothing like what’s delivered to your door. Customer service is poor, I’ve requested a full return yet they keep pushing back saying they can offer 15% refund on this order and a 35% discount on your next order. Explained a few times now that I want a full refund and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Poor product- even worse service

Took way longer than it should have to arrive. Once it had the product was shocking. Colour wasn’t even close and the quality was really thin. Very misleading compared to the photos shown on site.
I asked for a refund at which point they said it would take a very long time to process and I would also be liable to pay customs and shipping!
Very poor service all round, will be arrange a refund directly through my payment service instead!

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER

I ordered from this company back in November, for a Christmas present. Having put my address in, the day of delivery they then told me it would be going to a parcel shop and had been delivered. After going to the shop, it turns out that shop doesn't even accept parcels however they claimed it been delivered. After raising this with the company, they claimed I had put the wrong address in and needed to pay again for shipping. This also took almost a month to get a response that made any sense, so I asked for a refund. They then told me I either pay the extra delivery or they would destroy the parcel. Customer service goes in circles and they are clearly told to never give refunds. This has ended with me being offered 25% off my next purchase with them as compensation??? Absolutely a scam do not order!!!

Avoid at all costs - scam site

Took 3-4 weeks to arrive. Item is extremely poor quality, thin, cheap material. Not as pictured on website. Scam, avoid at all costs. Won’t refund unless I cover the expensive shipping cost including being charged for import taxes.

Received the below response to this review. However I’ve already been in touch with customer services and all they’ve offered me is a $5 refund and discount off my next purchase (even though I’ve clearly stated I wouldn’t order from them again and don’t want the item due to such poor quality). Not good enough.

2 months NO product

Ordered a jumper 2 months ago, have not had any further updates from the company.
Only recieved a response once I chased the order to just be told it has not even been shipped out!
Don't waste your time nor money. I have requested a refund but do not hold my breath to receive it.

Hoodie

My hoodie has just arrived when I ordered it on the 13/12/25. The hoodie itself is very thin and not what I would expect a hoodie to be and I’m also really disappointed with the print on the back looks really cheap and dull. Overall I wouldn’t buy again and certainly not at the price I paid for it.

Really long shipping

I‘m waiting now for nearly 1,5 months for my order to be shipped. The customsupport only tells me that my order is going to be prioritized. It’s ridiculous to wait this long, however on their website it says 5-7 business days till shipping.

CHEAP QUALITY CRAPPY SERVICE

Ordered 2 hoodies two weeks before Christmas and never gotten an update. Finally emailed them a week after Christmas asking about an update. All I was told is I would receive a tracking number when the item had been shipped but wasn’t told when that would be. I sent 2 emails asking them to cancel the order after 3 to 4 weeks because it still had not been shipped out. They said sorry and told me to just wait longer. I told them no and to cancel it and their response was that suddenly it had been sent out and now they can’t cancel it. I paid $95 for two sweatshirts that are cheap crappy material and not even as described in the photos. Quality is terrible, especially for how much I paid for them. Color is wrong, make is tacky. It is not sweatshirt material it’s like a T-shirt with a hood. Very cheap company in China not worth the money at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. you’ll have better luck going on to Etsy and the quality will be so much better. Based on other reviews, I’m not even going to bother trying to return it.

It’s a scam! Dropship webshop and terrible service!

It’s a scam!
From not honoring your requests of canceling your order before they processed it (placing the order in china because they don’t have stock). To helping with the parcel that never got delivered. It’s only negative experiences and no professional help from this dropship website. They never told or communicated that they are a dropship website and that it takes a long time before they even send the order. And when your order is shipped and delivered to a wrong address and got lost no assistance from their side.

!!! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Absolutely horrendous company. Quality is rubbish and cheap! Not worth the price they expect you to pay. Takes 4 weeks to process the order. They will still send the products out even AFTER you cancelled! Currently fighting for a FREE returns label so I can return the goods. Customer service is terrible. Just an overall SCAMMING COMPANY! I have requested all their company details on a number of occasions so i can report this to trading standards. But they just ignore you. So gathered wha I can online to but my complaint in.

Délais de + d'un mois

J'ai effectué ma commande le 27/11/2025, à ce jour, une bonne dizaine de mail d'échanges avec le support client où je n'ai aucune réponse clair sur le délais de livraison. A chaque nouvel échange toujours le même discours : 'on est vraiment désolée, on va faire le maximum, voulez vous 20% de remise pour votre prochain achat?' mais toujours aucune nouvelle de ma commande. Je suis un peu à cours de solution.

Nothing was right .. delayed. Wrong size and colour.
Complete refusal or a refund unless I paid to return it to China.

Bestellung bestätigt, aber seit Wochen keine Lieferung und keine Transparenz

Am 6. Dezember 2025 wurde unsere Bestellung vom Händler bestätigt. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt bis zum 3. Januar 2026 erhielten wir keine Versandbestätigung, keine Trackingnummer und keinen Hinweis auf einen Liefertermin. Eine Einsicht in den Bestellstatus ist online nicht möglich; es existiert lediglich die Bestellbestätigung.
Da sich nach über einer Woche nichts tat, kontaktierten wir den Händler am 14. Dezember 2025 und bat um eine Information zum Lieferstatus.
Am 15. Dezember 2025 erhielten wir die Rückmeldung, dass sich die Bestellung noch „in processing“ befinde – ohne weitere Details oder Zeitangaben.
Am 17. Dezember 2025 fragten wir erneut nach und baten ausdrücklich um ein konkretes Versanddatum sowie um eine Erklärung für die Verzögerung.
In der Antwort vom 18. Dezember 2025 hieß es, die Bestellung sei „in production“ und werde „so bald wie möglich“ versendet. Auch hier wurde kein konkreter Termin genannt.
Seitdem gab es keine weiteren Updates.
Stand 3. Januar 2026 wurde die Ware nicht geliefert und es liegt kein Versandnachweis vor – trotz bestätigter Bestellung und mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme.
Problematisch ist zudem, dass die Zahlung bereits fällig wird, obwohl nach über vier Wochen keine Lieferung erfolgt ist. Aufgrund dieser Situation mussten wir den Fall über PayPal klären.
Fazit: Unklare Prozesse, keine Transparenz und keine Verlässlichkeit. Die Kommunikation ist freundlich, bleibt aber inhaltlich unverbindlich. Insgesamt keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Waited almost 9 weeks for this order to turn up only to have it super cheap quality thin material and the wrong colour!! I’ve sent multiple emails about the awful service and even got called the wrong name by one of the customer service people!! Absolutely pathetic company. Will be getting a full refund and reporting to trading standards
