Custom Collective Omdömen 

Upon receiving my sideways cross, I was extremely excited. Unfortunately, it was not advertised in the manner in which it was advertised online. First of all, I ordered it and it took about 20 days to arrive. I know online it says it takes a while for it to arrive, but 20 days is a long time. Secondly, when I received my cross, the arms that we’re not connected to the necklace appeared to be cut off and not smoothed at all. When I wear it, it causes tiny scratches on my neck... I am saddened that I will not be able to wear it anymore. Third, after contacting the company and sending them pictures, their jeweler took a week to respond, which is strange. Upon receiving a response, they informed me that that is how the arms are intended to be matte... However the sides are not matte the look like they were cut with pliers and left as it and they did not smooth out the edges. I never leave any bad reviews, but I feel this one is deserved. I don’t think they actually stand by their Policy  of “ We stand by our industry leading quality and offer a lifetime warranty on all pieces and a satisfaction guarantee “ when I emailed them they said that’s the way it is, the piece of jewelry is totally unsatisfactory but they did not do anything to mediate the issue. Do yourself a favor do not buy. 

The custom birthstone pendant did not look anything like what was listed on their website. The chain and bail are completely different than what is shown and it is overall much lower quality than what was advertised. Incredibly disappointed in the piece especially given the price and the time it took for it to be received.

Love this custom necklace! It's so cute and dainty and unique
with it being sideways. Also, since my name is short, I can use my name instead of my
initials! And I love that you can further personalize it with symbols and/or a diamond. The quality looks great as well so
far!

I love how dainty this initial necklace is! The chain is thick enough that it won’t break easily though. My mom even got a matching one! So cute!!

Do NOT order from this company. I received the wrong initials on a custom necklace and was denied a refund after not receiving a replacement after waiting over 3 months.

Customer service was wonderful! I chose an initial necklace as a gift for my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday, and I was blown away by its sparkle and shine! The quality of the piece is fantastic, and I love how customizable the pieces are!

Don’t bother. I’ve waited over a month for my order. No updates, no tracking. Finally heard from them and they “cannot refund”. Go somewhere else.

I ordered and it took about 3 weeks for my jewelry to arrive. It’s great quality and super cute! Very happy with my purchase!

I submitted my order for a birthday gift 08/04/2025 - that is 29 days ago!! That birthday has long since come and gone. I still don't even see my order has shipped. I contacted Customer Service who keeps telling me over and over that it will be shipped "this week" and it continues to never be shipped. I eventually asked for a refund and they said they'd update to express shipping. However, I STILL DONT SEE IT SHIPPED?! Never order from here.

Edit: finally received and they said they’d update to express shipping for free and it was shipped USPS Ground so another 1 star review for Custom Collective

My Custom Collective piece is absolutely gorgeous and very well made. I love that you can customize these pieces however you like and create such a personalized gift. Customer service has been wonderful too!

I am absolutely in love with my sideways initial necklace! It's so dainty and beautiful! I wear it as an everyday piece and I love thar I can wear my kids initials right next to my heart ❤️ The quality is great, the shipping was quick, especially for being a custom piece. I highly recommend it. It's the perfect gift for a loved one or a special treat for yourself.

I love my personalized into necklace! I got four letters for each of my kids and love wearing their initials around my neck. It’s dainty and the perfect piece for layering.

I ordered the heart necklace with the initial K. The k was not centered and barely visible. I ordered an initial necklace, but you can’t see the initial!

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a gift for my girlfriend over 2 weeks before her birthday. Order did not arrive on time. When I contacted customer support I was given a specific day when the order would ship. That day came and went without any shipment progress. I messaged again and received another timeframe when the order would ship, but it looks like that timeframe will also pass without any shipment progress. As of right now it’s been over 20 days since I placed my order.
