Lifetime guarantee is a sham
I purchased the birthstone baguette necklace and I was originally pleased as it was as pictured. It unfortunately broke within a year of owning it and eventually I submitted for a remake as offered by the lifetime guarantee. It was remade and shipped to me but the attachment of the chain to the pendant caused it to sit upward facing instead of outward making it unwearable by any standard. Custom Collective offered to have me refunded of my shipping cost on the remake or a choice of a new piece but would not refund me nor fix my piece so it would be wearable. Very disappointing.

Item delivered was perfectly gift wrapped and packaged well. Recipient absolutely loved the minimalist letter and appreciated the adjustable chain length and warranty.
One less star for shipping communication, but would definitely buy again.

Although it took a long time to receive…
Although it took a long time to receive my ring I purchased from them, that wasn’t the issue. Once I got the ring (for my daughter as a Christmas gift) not even two weeks of having it, one of the birthstones came out of the ring. I immediately emailed Custom Collectives and sent in a picture of the ring. I was told that due to not having the ring for a long time and because a stone came out of the ring, that they would remake my ring. I initially received the ring at the end of January, I reach out because a stone fell out in early February, I was told mid February 2026 that production for getting a new ring made would begin. I have reached out twice a month since then and still have not received my fixed ring and it’s going on mid June. Although the ring was beautiful before the stone fell out, I will never order from this company again. My daughter has the ring less than two weeks and a stone came out and it’s taking now, over 4 months to get a replacement ring. I am highly disappointed with the service!
