I recently created a custom necklace with Custom Collective and it might be one of my most meaningful pieces yet.
I chose a simple silver finish with my kids’ initials, and I love how minimal it looks while still holding so much meaning. It’s one of those pieces you can wear every day—layered or on its own—and it still feels elevated.
The quality feels solid without being heavy, and the shine is that perfect soft silver—not too bright, not dull. It sits really nicely on the neckline and doesn’t twist or move around constantly (which is a big thing for me with dainty jewelry).

Like similar 1 star reviews, I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone. I had ordered a custom necklace for my sister for Christmas on Black Friday. Her name is Becky but the necklace we received (two months later)clearly said "Becry". After requesting a refund from Tony, he said no because the jeweler confirmed it said Becky, however he offered a discount SORRY10. I then requested a remake that said "Rebecca" instead. He agreed to the remake but stated I needed to pay a 20 dollar shipment fee. This request was made on December 25th. It is now 3 months later and I still have not received the necklace. Each week I check in with Tony and each week they say "its being prepared for shipment and should ship be end of week". Please please PLEASE do NOT shop at this store ever. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. Especially if your name contains a lowercase K. I am doubtful I'll ever receive the necklace and I will absolutely report the company to the BBB should this request not be fulfilled.

I placed an order with Custom Collective / Custom Goods Co on February 4, 2026, based on their advertised 7–10 day turnaround time. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Not only was my order not completed within the promised timeframe, but communication was also lacking throughout the entire process. I received little to no updates, and any attempts to reach out for clarification or status updates were either ignored or significantly delayed.
It’s frustrating to rely on a company’s stated timelines only to be left waiting far beyond what was promised, with no transparency or accountability. A delay can be understandable, but the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company. Customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and adherence to stated timelines—none of which were delivered here.

Probably one of the worst experiences…
Probably one of the worst experiences dealing with a custom made gift company. Order updates were inaccurate and the delivery time took nearly 2 months to arrive. Tried to contact custom collective and replies were often delayed or they genuinely never replied. Really disappointing as my partner didn't receive their gift with me present and again incredibly disheartening seeing other people get refunds when I reached out to custom collective to see if this was an option after heavy delay of my order and was denied. I wouldn't use this again although I wanted to support a small business and have advised friends and family to stay away.

If I could give zero stars I would. CUSTOMERS BEWARE*****I purchased a bracelet from them online. It was for the gold paper clip open heart bracelet. I placed this order at the end of January. I also had a 20% off welcome discount code. They proceeded to charge my credit card for the price of $480 . Three weeks later, my husband received an email stating that the order was canceled because the item was out of stock. When I revisited the website, the item was still available, however, had increased in price. When I reached out they responded stating the item was out of stock however, when I questioned about it still being available online at a higher price , they then proceeded to say that it was in stock, however their jeweler had increased the fee and if I wanted to purchase the bracelet, I had to pay the higher price. I have gone back-and-forth with their manager, Tony via email trying to resolve the issue by having them honor the original purchase price that was charged to my card. They are not being cooperative and are not willing to honor what was the original selling price. Tony lied and was not up front about the price change and instead just stated it was out of stock! Dishonest and shady company.. I had purchased from them in the past and honestly the bracelet I got isn’t that great of a quality for the price. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. I have filed a complaint with the BBB about how they are handling this situation not that it will do any good but hopefully I can prevent someone else from getting screwed over. Tony doesn’t seem to care about negative reviews!!! Hopefully he is the owner because if he’s not, his business ethic and customer service is horrible and the owner should be aware. Definitely lost me as a customer.
