We had two replacement sofa seat cushions made. The old ones were limp and flat. The replacements are have a firm foam core and soft feather outer and are exactly what we wanted. The sofa feels like new. Highly recommended. The only quibble is that it takes a while -- about 6 weeks, though to be fair that was in the middle of lockdown so I don't know how short-staffed they were.

Fantastic cushions! Plump and firm and don't lose their shape. I bought them to replace the cushions on my 'pillow back' sofa and they are perfect. I bought some cheaper ones from another supplier first which are just useless and saggy. I'll use Cushion Warehouse again.

I made a very senior mistake and ordered far too much (4 kilos to be exact !) so I will be making and stuffing cushions for Christmas .. but I am so very pleased with the quality of the hollow fibre and the customer service and delivery time .. I give them all 5 stars and my thanks

We're in corona virus lockdown so when I found I needed replacement cushion pads, I went online and discovered CushionWarehouse.
I was immediately impressed as it is an English small business and the range of sizes and types of filling was impressive. The Fillings Guide was very helpful and whereas I would normally choose feathers or polyester, but the wool sounded great as it's firm, eco-friendly and sustainable. It's more expensive but I thought it was worth trying. I am absolutely delighted that I did. The two 21" wool pads exceeded my expectations. Thoroughly recommended. And the packing and delivery service was great too. Will use again.

I made an inquiry to this company for up to 88 items and politely asked if i could get a bulk order deal. I got a completely negative and patronizing response from customer service.
There are so many firms in the UK selling the same products, i managed to get my luxury pillows and cushions from another great company with great communication skills and a 15% discount, that's what i call great service.

The Cushion Warehouse Limited is not somewhere i will be calling again.

Bought 13” & 14” round hollowfibre cushion pads for a lockdown sewing project. As a first time customer I’m absolutely delighted with the pads, excellent quality & value for money & don’t have that mass produced feel about them. Will certainly be ordering again in the future. I needed some wool to fill my knitted pouffe with. The wool is good quality, arrived quickly and it is nice to think that I went for an environmentally friendly option. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Ordered feather cushions which are well made, no leaking seams!
Delivery was within 10 days of ordering which is great during this time.

Ordered a 21 inch square cushion pad to fit a cushion cover I had had specially made elsewhere. Ordered it 1 inch bigger than cover, as recommended. Fits beautifully and feels lovely. Ordered during lockdown so maybe took a little longer to deliver than they normally would have, but still only a few weeks. Would use again.

I ordered 1kg of wool to replace the broken down filling in a leather pouffe. It came promptly considering the effect of the pandemic on deliveries. The wool is lovely quality, firm, bouncy and soft. It wasn't enough so I ordered another 1kg, again it came quickly. It's lovely to support British business and great to have the choice of an environmentally friendly filling. Would highly recommend this company.

It's great being able to buy from a UK company. I ordered wool filled cushion inners and could not be more satisfied. Delivery was prompt. Website easy to navigate and I no longer have feathers poking through my cushions!

We ordered both feather and hollow fibre 22x14 rectangular cushion pads to replace the ones in our cushions which came from an alleged quality retailer. The difference is amazing, both types maintaining shape whilst being comfortable. Very pleased with the product and with the efficient service from the warehouse (including excellent directions from Dave for us to collect our pads)

I was delighted with the service that I got from this company In a fit of lock down cleaning I decided to sort out the big back cushions of my sofa to see why they were leaking feathers The answer- the cushion pads had disintegrated. Major melt down, as my chances of getting to my local upholsterer seemed remote. However an internet search and a calming talk with Davinia restored my psyche and a couple of weeks later I am back to settling on the sofa to enjoy the rest of lock down in comfort Many thanks
