Great service and really good quality cushion pads. Being allergic to feathers I have always found it difficult to buy good quality cushion pads. Now at last, cushion pads that are evenly and well filled. Will definitely use this company again.

It was really easy to order new cushions for my sad old sofa. They arrived really quickly and were better quality than I expected - beautifully comfortable! It has saved me so much money than having to buy a new sofa. I would definitely recommend it!

I purchased 6 cushion pads from the Cushion Warehouse. They arrived fairly promptly and were well packaged. I was very pleased with the quality of the cushion pads (non-feather) lovely silky fabric and soft stuffing, which kept its shape well. The pads were well stitched and felt luxurious.

This service is excellent and Lucy ensured we haf a personal service - very reassuring. They gave advice upfront and guided us. The result is far better than I hoped for. I've now got a new sofa...just by replacing the seat cushions! The delivery was quick, too. Don't hesitate!

I previously wrote a short review when I first received my cushion pads, but since I have now got my cushion covers etc I wanted to write a bit more. I am so glad I ordered my cushion inserts from Cushion Warehouse. I know it sounds silly when I say that on browsing different websites for my cushion inserts, their products looked so much better and looked exactly what I was looking for. I took delivery within the week and I was not disappointed with the product; it was exactly what I wanted; they are well made, feel lovely and fit into my cushion covers beautifully. I wanted to take the time to write a review to say how happy I have been with the service I have received from Cushion Warehouse. We are all living through very worrying times when normal is not to be expected but from the get go they explained it would take longer than usual but would do their very best to fulfill the order as quickly as they could. The window seat cushion arrived last week and it is splendid. The quality excellent and I recommend them unreservedly.

Love the sheeps wool filled cushion filler I bought from the Cushion Warehouse. It is so comfortable and supports my back. I could lean against it all day. An arrange of cushions above and beyond. I wanted a heart shape and there was plenty of choice, size and filling wise. Great prices and postage costs are very fair.

Excellent communications. Cushion pads are far better quality than I have bought elsewhere - well filled, fat and soft ! I wish I had found Cushion Warehouse sooner - they weren't the cheapest but they are the beset.

I was looking for an environmentally sound filling for a bean bag for my 21/2 year old grandson - so not polystyrene beads! My original thought was Buckwheat but Davinia was able to advise me that this might be too heavy. I decided to order the UK wool option. I bought 3kg and it worked an absolute treat. I've got around half left, so lots of cusions. My grandson loves his 'bean' bag - it's really soft, light enough for him to drag around but holds it's shape. It's a brilliant product and I would definately use this company again.

Beautiful made cushion. Unfortunately the customer service is absolutely disgusting. Never have I ever been so patronised and spoken to so rudely by a member of staff. Constantly tried to pass every error on her part as the customers fault. The attitude of the lady in charge of customer service is unprofessional. Especially when she gets things wrong and attempts to blame the customer !
