Purchasing and delivery were smooth. Bonus the unit arrived faster than anticipated. This is a solid unit that fit our needs and space available, replacing a small dorm refrigerator on the floor with a full size unit in a small alcove.

Great customer service
We had purchase so items and they arrive on time. As we were taking them out of the box we noticed that two of the items were defective. I called the customer service department and they asked me to email them pictures of the defective product, I did and they promptly emailed and called me that they were sending replacements to me in the mail at no charge and to just throw the defective items away. Three days later I had the replacements. Great Job.

2 Errors for One Order - Unacceptable
It took 3-4 phone calls plus emails to get my order right. At first, the order did not ship at all, then only one of two products in the order shipped. Each time there was a delay in getting it right. Most likely I will not order from your company again.
