Culinary Depart delivered a quality product at a very good price. Was a little skeptical about shipping a commercial freezer a long distance via several different truck lines, but it was well packed and it arrived without a scratch. Highly recommend Culinary Depot.

The package with my order was left at my door by the postal service at 8:00 at night in an urban setting and was not there the next day. Did take a few calls and weeks to find the right person to help me with this but once it was I received my order in a timely manner.

We bought the peach, lemon chiffon, and purple Camtray brand trays. They are the perfect size for my children to corral jigsaw puzzles pieces and other small toy parts when they play. Also, they come in handy for their messy projects, like molding playdough shapes and painting. These trays are sturdy, flat on the bottom, and easy to clean. A+!

Working with Culinary Depot was great. Ordering and delivery went very smooth. My only concern is that if we don't scrub the sink daily, we end up with little bits of rust forming on the bottom of the basin. However having said that, it was an extremely affordable stainless sink and we really like it!

Could have fallen asleep from the lack of drama when I ordered a sink disposal from them. From ordering to delivery, everything went so smoothly, I had to make sure I wasn't wearing my PJs because I thought I was dreaming. This is what ordering kitchen equipment is supposed to be like. The disposal went in easily, as did the control panel. Customer is pleased, I got paid. Life is good.

I received the wrong product. It took several contacts to get things worked. Culinary Depot realized they made the error. It took a little to work it out but they did figure it out.

I really do not know what to say except that I lucked out out at this site with the salesperson who picked up the phone when I called. First I knew I was talking to someone from across the river, that New Jersey sound cannot be mistaken.

Beth turned out to be a Gal who knew her product and wanted to sell that product. There was none of the traditional "I'll get back to you on that." She had the answers, not only on her product but on her competitors also. I was impressed.

Beth answered all my questions about drop off, delivery, shipping time all that boring stuff promptly to my satisfaction so I ordered.

Then the world crashed. the stove was delivered only when we unpacked it we found where a fork lift had run a a fork into the front and destroyed the toe kick and gas controls. I called Beth and upon her recommendation sent a bunch of pictures along with a written expilna-tion of the damage. In what surprisingly seemed like no time at all Beth had a replacement on the road. All 900 pounds of it. That Beth, what a Gal!

That new stove is now in my new kitchen cooking away. Every one who sees it oohs and aah s to see a stove like mine in a residense.
