Astonishingly good service, speedy delivery, amazing price.

I got 3 ceramic knives, the largest being a 6 inch chef knife. I thought it would be too small, but it cut through 4 lbs of potatoes with ease. All this for $13.99. Free shipping. Can't beat that!!!

I purchased some Safeclean for an ice machine. I thought the price was good but when I got my order, the product expiration date was just a month away. No way I could use it all before then. No wonder it was so much lower priced. Still not a good deal at $164.00.

Good products and good service

Culinary Depot provided exceptional service when we purchased our buffalo bowl chopper. Their pricing and payment plan were fair and reasonable. Shipping was superb. I cannot say the same about the Univex bowl chopper nor grinding attachment I have since purchased for the bowl chopper. Univex customer service and tech department have been very unresponsive to the problems we have had with the equipment since purchase.

great price, great product.. found others but they were over $100 some were over $200 plus.. this one was perfect..

These people are very poor communicators. They use misleading photos of products. The right hand doesn't communicate with the left. They're extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They don't return phone calls, and they don't process credits for returned merchandise. I ordered shelving online. It arrived 10-12 weeks later, really? They tried to charge me 4x the advertised price saying they had made a mistake. I returned the item for a full refund. Again, no communication. No credit. I finally received a full refund when American Express got involved and issued a credit. Last I checked, the item is still advertised for sale at the wrong price on their website.

Terrible customer service. Call centre located in Philippine. Do not have good knowledge for support. Waiting my time for 5 times. Every time is almost 1 hr.

Stay away from this company.

The knowledge of Culinary Depot, is second to none, when you need anything for the kitchen will never turn you down, whether a chef or kitchen manager. I've been a client for 10 years, and I am very satisfied .

Could not have asked for a better person to work with. Great advice and experience.
