The site was very easy to use and much cheaper than the royal Caribbean site. After I booked the cruise, it immediately showed up on my Royal Caribbean app.

Francine was amazing
Francine was amazing.
Overall a great expereince needed to book 2 cabins for a family of 6, I thought all was good but apparently one of the payments didn't go through. Francine reached out to me and helped remedy the situation and was able to add an additional person to one of staterooms. Francine is a doll and a real complement to Cruisebound.

I tried to reach out directly with Princess Cruise but they couldn’t careless. I would definitely use cruisebound for all my cruises without going direct to the cruise line! Thank you Ms. Francine

Company took my money, then called to tell me the room wasn’t available, but I could pay double the amount for a suite. Then they told me that I was booking late, so them taking my money and not really having a cabin available was my fault. While on the phone with them telling me that the room was unavailable, they were sending me emails to complete my booking, because the room was available. And now it will be 7 days for my refund of almost $5,000 and I have already booked $1,200 in airfare, for a room I was told was available.
Their reply was that they are sorry, and it won’t happen again. However, there are multiple reviews with the exact same issues, so I believe that reply to be untrue.
