Thanks for your feedback, and sorry this was frustrating. Cruise pricing is set by the cruise line and can change based on availability and demand. When a booking is modified after it's been confirmed, any updates are priced at the current rates at that time, which can be higher than the original fare.

Do not use Cruisebound if you're…
Do not use Cruisebound if you're expecting a travel agency that monitors prices and notifies you of any drops. They simply book your cruise and only advocate for you if you reach out first.
ended up missing a $1,700 price drop because no one contacted me within the adjustment window. If you're going to track prices yourself anyway, you're better off booking directly through the cruise line. Their service is more responsive, and you'll have a better chance of securing any price adjustments in time.

Cost increase after purchase
You advertised a cruise last weekend with a low price compared to the Royal Caribbean website price, and we purchased a booking for two rooms. We confirmed the reservation and paid the $3200 cost in full. Within a few minutes, I received a confirmation e-mail from Cruisebound for one of the two rooms. About a half hour later, I received a phone call from a Cruisebound agent who told me the price on my second room had increased by more than $400. I was told that Cruisebound had no control over the increase. This is representative of bait-and-switch at best, and false advertising at worst. Cruisebound sold the booking; Cruisebound is responsible for the locked-in cost. I have learned my lesson, and will never again book a cruise through a third-party entity.
I did receive e-mail confirmation of cancellation, and await full refund.
