Payout shambles
Constant incorrect information from the chat bot & then a human re receiving my payout. Then a âbugâ in the system meaning my payout was delayed further despite being fully funded almost 1 month ago. Lack of urgency to expedite payment considering errors their side and me being ÂŁ1k out of pocket as already had to fund myself

Hello Sam,
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your feedback.
I can see my colleagues have been working on this for you over the last few days with our technical team. While the bot information provided to you in the past was correct regarding payouts, the glitch meant your payout was not processed as it should have been.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this. It is very rare for these types of glitches to occur and we requested that the funds were sent to you on the next soonest possible date. Please see the email we sent you about when to expect funds in your account.
I'm very sorry again about this issue and any inconveniences caused.
Kind regards,
Crowdfunder Support Team
Fab service to help community projects
The template to construct a page to advertise the Crowdfunder is a great format and easy to use. The link with Sport England match funding is excellent. The rewards system is a great way to get local businesses involved. The support by email and over the phone was brilliant. Thank you for your help in achieving our resurfaced tennis courts!

Crowdfunder has allowed us to kick-start our campaign.
Crowdfunder has allowed us to kick-start our appeal for funds to help save the Sussex Trug Industry from extinction. Sussex Trugs are known and loved all around the World and it is heartening that others share out passion. We will leave our fund raiser active as we still need to find resources to fund engaging apprentices and trainees.
